  Back to back screw ups with my takeout orders. My bundle was missing my order of fries even though it was checked off on the checklist. The second time I paid for/ordered 15 wings and only received 10. Both times I filled out the feedback form but never heard from anyone. They just dont care if you get screwed- they got my money

  Every time I order for pickup it's late, it's about 20 minutes later then the time you put down every time! It feels like they forget or wait for you to show up then start cooking it

  I don’t know what happens with that restraunt I never get my order because there is no organization with the orders so the drivers get’s it and don’t deliver. That happened three times and didn’t get the food or the refund

  Did an online order today for some wings. I received an email saying my order will be ready for pickup in 15 minutes. I arrived in 15 minutes to pick my order up i was told that it will be a couple of minutes ( no problem). I waited 15 minutes. I then received my order and took it home and iced was so disappointed 😞. It was way over cooked and cold!!! In the past I honestly thought that they were pretty good though I have not been back for quite some time and I guess I know why. Because I had a similar experience my last visit. I usually give good reviews actually hardly ever give a bad review but I can't believe that I spent $32 on 20 wings that were cold and way overcooked. They should have went in the trash not given to a customer. Safe to say i won't be going there again.

  As you can see from all the other recent 1 star reviews the manager keeps apologizing but clearly they don’t take the reviews seriously. Our Waiter was amazing. We are not upset at the fact it took 70 mins to get food from the time we were seated. Clearly this place has staffing issues. There were 2 people wandering around doing nothing and one seating people . The other 2 employees were waiting all the tables there. Our server was covering 8 tables. Not only was he taking the orders but he was also delivering the food/drinks and he was cleaning the tables all by himself. Plenty of staff could have assisted but they didn’t . This other party next to us waited 20 mins just to get their drinks. What’s even worse is we went shopping and an hour later our table still had food when we walked by. Restaurant is very mismanaged with little to no oversight. I’d avoid and go to wingstop as it’s cheaper and quicker
