  As a vendor traveling across the state of Massachusetts to MANY Stop and Shop. This has to be the CLEANINESS bathroom by far.

  I want to let stop and shop know the young man Aaron for online delivery,is such a polite , friendly, and amazing young man all around.He deserves a raise and a bonus.. Dont let his enthusiasm go unnoticed!!He is at the chicopee stop and shop

  I stopped here on 6/10/26 to pick up a bunch of sale items before they ended for the week. Unfortunately one of the most important products I wanted, they were very low on, and I couldn't buy what I needed. After stressing over the fact that I was going to have to spend an hour driving to multiple stop and shops to find everything I needed, the employee at self check out ran and got the store manager (Lisa) for me. To my great surprise, she calmed me down stating that she would gladly write me a rain check for that item and I could come back in a day or two when it was restocked. Well, I thought rain checks were a thing of the past. I didn't even know they still wrote those these days. I also wasn't expecting such great customer service over this since it was really my fault for waiting until the last minute to pick these items up. I can't thank Lisa enough for what she did for me. Great customer service is hard to find in this world we live in today. She went over the top to rectify the situation rather than lose a customer from lack of products. She cared enough to do the right thing and I appreciated that. It is too bad that other stores can't offer this level of customer service.

  The store is nice and organized but the bakery never has the kids cakes they have in the book “in stock” and can never make the cakes even without the toys because their “photo machine is broken” this has happened to me the last 3 years in a row this time they took the order and call me the day before to tell me they can’t do it because their machine is broken. Never again ….. don’t go here for bakery services or cakes because they can’t make them!!
