  Four times in a row they had items I had ordered out of stock, and they would not inform me until after I have already paid for the orders. They would not facilitate a refund for any electronic payment outside of the Dunkin card. They refused to tell me how to contact the franchise owner. The solution to not getting what I pay for is simple: to no longer give them my business. I suggest to anyone with half a brain to do the same.

  не рекомендую. кофе дороже на 50 центов люди оставляют вам чаевые а вам было жалко 7 центов чтобы дать средний стакан кофе человеку который гол пешком от волмарт. в других магазинах даже если не хватает доллара дают среднее кофе.

  Unbelivable...they ring you up, but still give you back the wrong change....2.70 for coffee $1 and 7 dimes back..I can see why the tip mug was empty!!..
