- BLBenjamin LopSep 27, 20265.0I’m making this review responding to CV review( review previous to this one) you’re actually a lier the manager offered you a remake, you stormed off upset because kitchen person unwrapped the sandwich because you never told them what it was and they discovered you bit the bread and spit the piece back in there that’s disgusting. You came from the soccer game which is where I came from and I visit this Dunkin frequently. People make this Dunkin seem like the worst when it’s better THAN WHAT IT WAS THANKS TO THE MANAGER! He’s changed the spot, he’s persistent, he’s encouraging his employees even when some don’t listen to him, he shows a smile & always very communicative with customers and is happy to serve us. So people before listening to review like those give them a try.
- CVC VSep 26, 20261.0I went through the drive-thru and ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel. I parked to eat, and the bagel was so hard it was like a hockey puck. I brought it back inside and asked for a replacement. They took my bag, threw it in the trash, and the employees were giggling about the situation. I even heard the employee say, "i threw it away" and the other employee laughs. I never received a replacement sandwich, and they also threw away the hash browns that were in the bag. I just wanted it redmade but they never offered. They took the bag and walked away. This was an extremely disappointing experience. Management really needs to take a look at how situations like this are being handled by the staff. I definitely won't be returning to this location ever again. Haha isn't that funny?

- VLVictoria LongeAug 16, 20264.0We got our food pretty fast and it was hot a tasted quite fresh. Pumpkin donut was also very fresh and delicious. We were originally outside in the drive thru, but it was taking forever and had 5 cars waiting. We went inside and got served writhing 2 minutes. Trashes were overflowing with garbage both inside and outside, really gross. Seemed really disorganized, although what appeared to be the manager trying to get everyone on track. I’d be disorganized too if my manager was yelling for everyone to hear how I need to “get it together”, and I worked 5 years in a coffee shop with high volume.
