  Garbage service and attitude by the girl working tonight. Place is filthy too. Sorry I didn’t want to pay $5 for your teaspoon of queso. Never coming here again.

  Worst chipotle I’ve ever been too. If you want good food go to a different location. The service was awful. The workers sat around talking and doing nothing took 15 minutes to assemble my bowl. And they were missing have the ingredients. Including corn, green peppers and onions. And the guacamole wasn’t even smashed right there are literally chunks of avocado in my food. By far the worst chipotle I’ve been too.

  I don’t usually eat at Chipotle—this was probably only my fifth time—but I stopped in last Saturday with my wife and had a disappointing experience. As soon as we walked in, there were only two customers sitting down, yet every table was dirty. While placing our order, I also noticed the employee helping us didn’t seem happy to be there, which didn’t make the experience any better. When we got our food and looked for a place to sit, we couldn’t find a single clean table. I ended up having to grab a wet napkin and clean one myself just so we could sit down. Overall, not a great experience.

  I walked into the store, line wrapped around the tables. The gentleman making the food is an older one, slowly shambling down the line as he takes people's orders one at a time. The person in front of me noticed something in their food they didnt want (a piece of cheese or something), and she kept trying to point it out to him, and at first, he just couldn't hear her, then he spent a solid minute searching the food and he couldn't find it. Only when another coworker came over, immediately spotted it and removed it, did he slowly wrap their food up and make his way back to me. I tried to be quick about my order, "Bowl with cilantro-free white rice, please." He slowly makes his way to the back, only to come up a minute later saying that all the rice in the store is pre-mixed with cilantro. I find this very hard to believe because I order this plenty of times and the will sometimes just pull directly from the rice steamer. I bid them farewell and leave, as i cannot have cilantro chunks in my food. I get that people of all ages have bills to pay, but when it takes this long at a fast-casual restaurant, maybe swap him with someone quite a bit faster. TL;DR: Store claims all rice is premixed with an ingredient i cannot have, which i know is false, and i wasted roughly 25 minutes of my day for it.

  Really disappointed that we asked to add chips and guacamole to our order and we were told that the chips were being saved for Uber Eats orders for the rest of the evening. There was a whole shelf of chips but they wouldn’t sell them to us at 5:30 pm on a Monday because they “had to last until 10 pm”. If you’re a parent with kids who rely on chips as part of your order go to a different location.
