    Me and my friends came in last night for dinner around 6 pm. The pizza was out of this world!!! We had a sporkie, as well as a Nashville hot pizza both to die for. Our rigatoni broccoli and chicken was so rich creamy it was any cheese lovers dream 🤤 Samantha gave us great service. We will definitely be adding Bertuccis to our rotation of favorite places to dine each week ❤️🍝

    Okay, I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Bertucci’s in West Roxbury! 🎉🍕 This place has become my favorite Friday tradition. Me and my Partner literally drive all the way from Rhode Island every Friday just to come here, grab some amazing food, have a few drinks, and hang out with Samantha at the bar! 😄 Samantha is AMAZING! 🍹✨ Her drinks are always on point, she’s so much fun, and she always makes the whole experience even better. The food is consistently delicious, the atmosphere is great, and I honestly look forward to my Friday visits all week! At this point, the drive from Rhode Island is totally worth it! 😂❤️ If you haven’t been to the West Roxbury location, you’re definitely missing out. Great food, great drinks, great people, and especially a great bartender in Samantha! Can’t wait for next Friday! 🍕🍹🎉

    So bad. They're either severely understaffed and/or really incompetent. You might wait an extra 30 minutes for your order. I was in there on a Tuesday around 6:00 and there was about 10 people in the take out area waiting. Finally my pizza comes out. It's supposed to be extra cheese well done. Crust was white and wasn't stretched out big enough. I asked them to make another one. It came out the same size. The crust was slightly darker but it had too much flour on it so it didn't brown properly and the cheese over-browned. They have serious quality control and staffing issues. This place was infinitely better 25 years ago.

    Very good service on a recent Saturday evening i came in for dinner with friends after a day outside on a beautiful warm day on a beach i don't remember who the waiters name is but he was very helpful with helping with an Italian dish i ordered that evening it wasn't an extremely busy evening while we were out dinning which was good we enjoyed our meal and could actually talk and have a nice conversation while enjoying our meal there was music playing in the back ground which was fine because the volume tone of the music was at low tone which makes it more relaxing as to going into many businesses today it's difficult to have a conversation to specify this again more to the bottom line for making our evening a relaxing evening I've eaten in our area bertuccis locations and always enjoyed the food it's a lot better than other chain Italian restaurants and rolls were very good with butter dip.     They finally fixed the issue so I’m gonna change my rating but it should’ve never went that far and I got chris should not be working in a customer facing environment. Hopefully maybe they provided some training so he could become a better employee. Everybody always deserves a second chance.I am extremely disappointed with how Bertucci’s in West Roxbury handled a billing error and the way I was treated afterward. About three weeks ago, I ordered two spaghetti dinners totaling approximately $42, plus a tip. Instead, my Bank of America card was charged $104. I am a regular customer who orders from this location one to three times a month, so I went there in person with both the receipt and my bank statement showing the incorrect charge. The person who assisted me—who I was told was supposedly a manager—took pictures of my receipt and bank statement. I was told someone would contact me on Monday or Tuesday. I waited patiently, but nobody called, so I followed up myself on Wednesday. After several more calls, I finally spoke with the manager, Chuck. He apologized and told me I would receive a $50 credit. He said I would either receive an email or could call, mention his name, and use the credit toward another order. No email ever arrived. Today, September 8, I called to use the credit and spoke with Christopher. Before I could even explain the situation, he tried to brush me off by saying Chuck wasn’t there. I had to ask him to stop and give me a chance to explain why I was calling. When I told him what Chuck had promised, he said Chuck hadn’t told him anything and that he couldn’t just give out food “willy-nilly.” That response was insulting and made me feel as though I were lying or trying to get something for free. I work hard for my money, and I was only asking Bertucci’s to correct a mistake that I had already documented in person and discussed directly with the manager. Christopher could have simply said, “Let me contact Chuck and get back to you.” Instead, he was dismissive, rude, and completely lacking in customer-service skills. Chuck seemed sincere and professional when we spoke, but a promise means nothing without follow-through. Three weeks later, I am still out approximately $50, I never received the promised email or credit, and nobody at the restaurant seems to know what is happening. This should have been a simple billing correction—not a three-week battle that left a loyal customer feeling disrespected.
