    Chyna was incredibly prompt in her service, ensuring that everything was brought to the table efficiently and without delay. 10/10 Beyond her efficiency, her friendly demeanor and positive attitude were truly remarkable. She made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. We will come back to eat at this Bertucci’s and hopefully we will run into Chyna again. 🔥🔥🔥

    Walked in and was told from across the restaurant to hold on. Was finally greeted with a "booth or table" no hello. Was sat at a table with old bread on it. Then moved to another table was told someone would be right over. 15 minutes later still had no one even come say hello. We walked out. As we left the manager yells across the restaurant again to someone we lost one. The bartender replied "ok" in an industry that relys on tips this restaurant 100% under performs. No wonder why Bertuccis is closing all locations. Management and staff have no passion and clearly it shows. West Roxbury Bertuccis do better for your customers.

    Nick is an outstanding waiter! Very helpful and understanding with our busy toddler. The pizza and salad were delicious (better than in recent months!). The good menu was great to see! And of course, the yummy rolls!!

    Absolutely great experience love it here hope it never closes amazing new menu covers absolutely love the new options in the menu. The service was 10/10 very attentive great energy. Pizza crisp chicken parm delicious and crispy. China and Chris are awesome

    An absolute hidden gem just a 6-minute drive from Chestnut Hill Square! This Bertucci’s location has been serving the community for 35 years, and you can truly feel the warmth, history, and dedication the moment you walk in. The staff is exceptionally friendly, parking is a breeze, and the food portions are massive! We tried a huge spread including their fresh brick-oven rolls, meatballs & ricotta, Tuscan wings, spicy pig pizza, chicken parm, the Bertucci burger, steak & cheese subs, spaghetti & meat sauce, original rigatoni broccoli & chicken, bourbon steak tips, and finished with the incredible lemon cake. Everything was piping hot, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend for families and anyone looking for a hearty, delicious meal!
