  I've wanted to write this review for awhile now basically I wanted to say that the morning crew over there who I usually deal with they really do such a good job I mean every time I've gone in there the employees are so chill always good vibes even on a Monday morning to find good customer service like that nowadays is rare on top of that it's one of few dunkin donuts that actually make your coffee right almost always just wanted to give a little recognition because I know that line of work isn't easy so just wanted to write this while I remembered.

  I had an absolutely awful experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I ordered a coffee via the app but mistakenly chose hot instead of iced. When I asked the staff if they could remake it, they were incredibly rude. The cashier berated me, told me to ‘read the label,’ and initially refused to help. When I went inside, the manager(big guy)charged me extra despite using reward points. It’s just coffee—employees should not make a big deal about it. Even if it was my mistake, customer satisfaction should come first. This is the worst service I’ve ever had, and I will not return.

  I'm new to the area for work been their 3 times, and so far it's what you expect from a Dunkin,workers look like they hate their lives, kinda understandable though probably because of management I have yet to see any,oh and my order has been wrong , burnt and or not available even though it's 11am like i said typical Dunkin,I only go because how close it is to the job,and only reason why Im leaving this is so staff know I can see your pain hopefully it gets better for y'all.

  The lady at the drive through is AWFUL! So rude. We went at 10:30am, no one in line. When we pulled up we said one second to decide what to order. Over the next 30 seconds she responded “hello?” every 5 seconds. When we said we need a minute she responded with “we don’t have time for that”. So we left. She sucks. Definitely needs an attitude check or it’s time for a replacement.
