    I’m doing an Uber Eats order for a customer. Online it says they are open until 8pm and it’s 7:30pm and they closed. Why are customers able to place orders if they are closed. Waste of time! It took them almost 5 minutes just to tell me that they are closed.

    Good place to warm start your day and get some work done. Generally clean. Decent service, helpful staff.

    I made a order today through the mobile app, a grilled cheese and a donut. Once I arrived to pick it up, only the grill was there, so I informed an employee I was missing a donut. Then, I heard the employee who was at the register, speaking loudly across because she was far, in a rude tone “Just give him the donut, he didn’t order any donut”. As if I was lying or trying to take advantage. A customer even stared down at me as I walked out, as if I had done something wrong. If theres an issue with the system or they forgot to include it, that’s not a problem, simply explain and hand the missing item. But being rude with their employees, lying, all out loud and making a customer leave uncomfortable ? Thats not professional. Here’s pictures of the receipt as proof. Horrible service.
