I proceeded to pull on it and it didn't appear to be any kind of human hair unless it would have been super thin and white?....Almost appeared to have been a long 3" fiber from clothing or something.... I'd call them but I'm sure lots of shlepps call in to complain with false claims looking for free food. I don't want free anything from here...Seems like someone needs to be more careful with regards to the preparation standards or perhaps getting their sleeves in the damn beef while making the burgers. Either way, for whatever it is, GROSS!

The burgers were dry and extra flat, and kind of weird like they hadn’t been formed into round patties before cooking. The soda machines needed to be wiped down, they were covered in sprayed soda. The floors and tables were filthy and sticky. Gross! Idk if they’re having staffing issues or if the manager just doesn’t care but it is not worth a visit at this time.

I was the first one in line and it took me 5 minutes just to be *greeted* and order, at which point I was misheard on the size I asked for but not about to raise a fuss due to the aforementioned understaffing. I think it took me 20 or 25 minutes to get my simple order of 1 sandwich and fries. Inside was also dirty.
