- JRJohn Rogers2 days ago1.0This place should be shut down it’s so horrible. Every single morning I buy same thing and it is always wrong or missing something. Everyone has the worst attitude to the point it’s draining to even drive through there for anything after today. It’s not cheap to get coffee and breakfast in morning. I choose to spend $100 which is $20 a morning for breakfast before work and this place has totally ruined it to point I can’t stop at any Dunkin anywhere again. I have to drive out of my way to Mary Lou’s on my way to work now. Better food and smiles I do not mind tipping. Get yourselves together it’s not hard to work at Dunkin
- SMSean Mccann2 days ago1.0Absolutely the worst Dunkin in New England. I’ve been coming here for about six months now. I noticed every time I put my order in whether there was on the app or is it the speaker there was something always wrong, for example, my sandwich would be the wrong kind of bread while my coffee would be the wrong flavor. It almost seemed like it was on purpose and keeping in mind. I came at about 4 o’clock in the morning when no customers are around I was the only one for the most part. Today I ordered my usual drink and meal which usually cost $13 and change. Today I go to the Window order the same thing and I pull up and was told the total was $17 and change. The girl running the register and taking my order clearly rang everything in totally wrong and had no idea what I was even talking about when I mentioned the $5 price difference. The manager ended up refunding me a portion of what I paid so I left it as a tip, I left a $5 tip to leave and find I am missing 1 of my 2 wake up wraps and my $6 macchiato was not made close to correctly. I wouldn’t go back here if I was starving and somebody bought me food for free. Get yourselves together it’s not hard at all to listen and follow instructions

Tried to give the benefit of the doubt but with constant wrong orders can’t say I’ll go back again. Also staff is not that friendly, I get the morning rush can be exhausting but even on my worst days I help customers with a smile and tell them to have a good day or say thank you when they say it to me.
