    We ordered from here twice, first time pizza and sandwich was burnt. The pizza was partially cut. The second time the pizza was not what we ordered. When we called to get the right pizza, they argued with us on what we ordered (we used the app). When we finally got the right pizza, they did NOT cut the pizza at all.

    Used to be a regular customer, but now this place is godforsaken. I arrived at the estimated completion time, but the TV in the lobby said my order wasn’t even started. A lot of other people were sitting there waiting. Waited 15 mins past the estimated completion time and my order still wasn’t started. I looked at the other reviews, and it some people claimed waiting in excess of an hour for their pizza. I just gave up and left, will be doing a charge back through my bank.

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable from start to finish. I placed an order at 7:57 PM and was quoted approximately 40 minutes for delivery. An hour later, the pizza tracker showed my order sitting in a driver's car. I then watched the tracker as the driver traveled all over town, passed near my area multiple times, drove back across town, and continued making other deliveries while my food sat in the vehicle. My pizza finally arrived at approximately 10:15 PM—over two hours after I placed the order. When the driver arrived, I told him to take the pizza back because I no longer wanted it and requested a refund. He told me he couldn't do that, left the pizza anyway, and instructed me to call the manager. That is where the real frustration began. For days, I repeatedly called the store trying to speak with the manager. I was either told he wasn't available or received no response. On one occasion, I could hear employees speaking with him while I was on the phone, yet he still would not take the call. I even visited the store in person and was told the manager wasn't there. Employees attempted to text him while I was present, and he still refused to respond. I then contacted Domino's corporate customer service. Unfortunately, because this is a franchise location, corporate simply created a ticket that was routed back to the store owner/manager—the very person who had been ignoring me. To date, I have received no resolution, no refund, and no communication. The pizza was cold, the service was terrible, and the complete lack of accountability afterward was even worse. Delays happen, but ignoring customers and refusing to address legitimate complaints is unacceptable. Save your money and order from a business that values its customers.

    Weekly customer here for months. On May 30, 2026, I placed a pickup order at 9:20 PM. I arrived at 10:10 PM — 50 minutes later — and my order had not even been started. The tracker showed false progress updates the entire time. When I raised this with the manager, I was told there is "no time limit" on orders. This has happened to me more than 10 times. I escalated to Domino's Corporate and their Chief Brand Officer directly. No response from either. The tracker is misleading. It shows your order progressing when nothing is happening. If you have hungry kids waiting at home, you deserve to know the real wait time so you can decide whether to order or go elsewhere. This store does not give you that choice.

    Horrendous customer service at this location. If you want Domino's, head over to the Westford store instead. Placed an online order for carry-out and it was supposed to be ready between 7:52-8:02. I walk in at 8:10 and it's still not ready. The guy, George I believe, doesn't really acknowledge me at first and then says he needs 5 minutes. Not the end of the world, but the screen said they hadn't even started my order, so I didn't have high hopes but I took him at his word. Low and behold, I stand there until about 8:25 and he hands it to me. Clearly it wasn't started until I walked in. Not an apology, nothing. So I asked if they would do anything to make it right because it was so late and he replied something along the lines of "We are a bit busy. Sorry. No." I had been out all day and just got back in from the airport and wasn't worth arguing with the guy over so I took my pizza which was mediocre, likely because it was undercooked given that it wasn't started until I went inside, but oh well. All in all, horrendous customer service. I'll keep going to the Westford location and avoid the Chelmsford store.
