- FRFrank RosarioAug 22, 20261.0I had an unpleasant experience at the Chipotle Chelmsford location on Drum Hill Rd. The employee or manager made up their own rules during the BOGO deal on August 20th. I had gone in store with a blue shirt and hat and a small backpack and she said the deal was students only. I told her that I was informed by the rules online that all I had to do was wear was a school accessory and I was wearing a backpack. She asked me to turn around and said it was not eligible because it was a bag from Metro PCS (it had shoulder straps and a zipper) but left me confused because she told me the total was going to be $22.50 and that I can’t do the buy one-get-one. My burrito and bowl were all bagged up and ready to go, she set my bag aside away from me and she asked who’s next. She was ignoring me and I said ‘Are you serious?’ then a customer chimed in and said ‘Ugh just let it go!’ and I left the restaurant with my head down and feeling bad that I came home with nothing. I was able to ask before I left what her name was before leaving and she told me it was Kay. Do better!

Not sure if the food quality is good. Worst chipotle I have ever visited. I am now worried about food poisoning. Corporate office please take notice.

Not only is this location FILTHY, but the employees are just not there. Attitude when I asked for more protein (KINDLY) and said I was fine with paying extra. The soda machine doesn’t work properly and all the lemonade is just empty. And the most mind boggling part is that they are charging more and labeling bags of chips as large but they are the same exact size as the small…? I’m not sure how this location made it past covid truly.
