  the food is amazing but the workers have messed up my order several times, 3 times in one day. at other locations i have not had any problems but this location is just disappointing

  I had an excellent experience at CAVA in Chelmsford! The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and the food was fresh and delicious. A special thank you to Victoria, who made our visit exceptional. She was incredibly kind, attentive, patient, and genuinely cared about providing outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and her positive attitude made a real difference. It’s not often you come across service like this. Victoria is a true asset to the team. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this CAVA location!

  Very inconsistent. The steak sometimes very old. They're hard and dry. Almost inedible. How can well known chain like this serve this type of food to customer?

  Love the food and the location! Just want to shout out one of the older male employees I saw on a super busy day, he was really hustling and handling a ton at once. You could tell he was doing his best to keep things moving. They definitely need more people like him. I know it’s a chain place, but workers like that should honestly be recognized.
