    Service: Went to this place over an hour before closing (~7:45) and it seemed like there were no servers or service. It took us a while to wave someone down, it took even longer for someone to take our order, even longer for our food to get to us, and finally our server was so absent from the floor that we got up to leave and he was sitting at a table chatting with another worker. Food: I have fond memories of going to other Bertuccis in years past but the food today was very low quality. They served undercooked potatoes and a chicken parm that I couldn't finish. The only upside was the famous bread rolls, but that couldn't make up for the meals.

    Restaurant managed poorly. 1 hour for seating and another hour to be served. Takeout is even worse. Online stated 16 minutes to pickup, waited another 45 minutes extra for my food that was disgusting! Food is expensive and not good.

    This is a review of the manager Christie. She was fine until we had a question about the pizza, which was definitely not the size of a normal large. We know because we have been coming to bertuccis for a very long time. When we asked if the pizza was supposed to be bigger (it was) she got angry and rudely answered and walked away. I have never been spoken to like that by someone in customer service. One of the servers (Kole) noticed and apologized for her which was nice. Our server Khloe was very pleasant and tried to make the rest of our brief stay as good as possible. Christie felt it necessary to come by our table again to let us know she took the pizza off the bill (which Khloe had already told us that SHE had done and was appreciated given the circumstances) and when we asked her to leave she again was rude to us. Bertuccis we have spent a LOT of money in your restaurant. You have made a mistake with your manager Christie and will be losing loyal customers because of it.

    This review has absolutely nothing to do with the great staff at Bertucci's. I'm going to address the new menu and just say some corporate fool changed the menu for the worst. Are they trying to be 99 or Applebees? Buffalo chicken? Jalapeño poppers? Burgers? What is wrong with the top brass? They even changed the broccoli chicken rigatoni and are serving it with fried chicken. A message to the CEO, definitely time to step down mate. This is a travesty of Italian cuisine.
