    II’ve been to other Bertucci’s locations and have always had a good experience, so I was disappointed with this visit. Unfortunately, both the food and the service were not up to the standard I’ve come to expect from Bertucci’s. The food was not very good, and the service was particularly disappointing. Our experience was frustrating from start to finish, and the overall level of service really took away from the meal. I’m hoping this was just an off day, because my experiences at other Bertucci’s locations have been much better. Based on this visit, however, I would not return to this particular location.

    I’m honestly not sure what happened to this place. Over the last year, it really seems like the property hasn’t been maintained. The ceiling in the dining room looks like there may have been a fire or some other type of damage, and there was a significant amount of water damage on the beams directly above where we were sitting. I only stopped because I happened to be driving by and noticed they were still open. It was around 5 PM, and there was barely any signage or lighting on, so I wasn’t even sure they were open. Getting inside was another adventure—I almost broke my arm trying to open the front door! That said, the staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. However, there was one thing that really bothered me. When did we start allowing smoking or vaping in restaurants again? I witnessed a woman with bluish hair, who appeared to possibly be the manager, smoking what looked like an e-cigarette or vape right out in the open near the phones at the front of the restaurant. And this wasn’t just a one-time thing—I saw her do it at least three times. Why would anyone think this is okay, especially in a restaurant? What made it even worse was that she continued doing it while customers were inside eating. Regardless of whether it was an e-cigarette or vape, it was unpleasant to see and, honestly, pretty disgusting. If this person is in a management position, it’s an especially poor look for the establishment and sends the wrong message to both employees and customers. On the positive side, the food was actually very good. It took a little while to come out, but it was worth the wait. And the rolls were absolutely on point! Overall, I really hope they’re able to give this place some much-needed attention. The building clearly needs some maintenance and TLC, and there are definitely some things that could be improved when it comes to the overall appearance and experience. That said, the staff was friendly and the food was good, so there’s clearly still something worth saving here . And please… pleaseeee bring back the tiramisu martini!

    Service: Went to this place over an hour before closing (~7:45) and it seemed like there were no servers or service. It took us a while to wave someone down, it took even longer for someone to take our order, even longer for our food to get to us, and finally our server was so absent from the floor that we got up to leave and he was sitting at a table chatting with another worker. Food: I have fond memories of going to other Bertuccis in years past but the food today was very low quality. They served undercooked potatoes and a chicken parm that I couldn't finish. The only upside was the famous bread rolls, but that couldn't make up for the meals.

    Restaurant managed poorly. 1 hour for seating and another hour to be served. Takeout is even worse. Online stated 16 minutes to pickup, waited another 45 minutes extra for my food that was disgusting! Food is expensive and not good.
