  Happy 45th Anniversary to Bertuccis! Today we enjoyed their 4 course meal. The price was so reasonable and they didn't skimp on the meals we had. We ordered drinks which wasn't part of the meal special. From the rolls to the mini cannoli everything was delicious. It's only a dinner special to celebrate their anniversary. We loved it.

  horrible time management , everytime i come to pickup my scheduled pickup order , food is never done nd i need to wait 20/30+ minutes . never coming again just bc of this . how

  I would like to start this off with Bertucci's has been in my life since I was a child. This very unfortunate visit just didn't match up with the normal service. I moved away and I asked if we could go to Bertucci's for dinner the night before I left. The rolls were fresh, hot out of the oven. Salad was fresh, everything was as normal. I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce however I asked for rigatoni. The waitress said no problem. I thought it was going to be a bigger deal than it was so I was pretty happy. My father was served first a minute later his girlfriend, and then a few minutes later me. It was to the point where I told her to start I didn't want her pizza to get cold. When she brought my bill over, I didn't realize right away until I was about to dig in that it was Pomodoro sauce. I was a little disappointed, but I told my father I didn't wanna say anything. She came over and asked how everything was and I nodded with a mouthful of food, but after the first bite, I realized there was something wrong with this sauce. It was covered in pepper and actually looked like my father's rigatoni Abruzzi while it was not spicy I only could take two bites and I shared my father that I didn't want to say anything because it was my last day there and I just didn't wanna get into it. His girlfriend gave me two slices of her pizza as she wasn't going to finish it anyway, and that was plenty for me. It was just a bit disappointing and the waitress not only should've noticed but I'm not sure what was up with being served so much later than everybody else. It was too bad but mostly just because it was my last visit. I would still recommend Bert Tucci's. I would just be cautious and definitely say something if your food doesn't come out right! Learn from me, lol I'm very glad that Bertucci's got saved, and it is still around to share for many more people because it was a huge part of my life growing up.

  There for dinner the food was delicious I would like to thank Candace for stepping in and running the show during a particularly busy time. She is an amazing employee

  Bertucci’s used to be a sure thing. Not so here. Food was fair at best. Seems like they were under staffed. Wouldn’t go back.
