    Bertucci's never disappoints. This location in particular was absolutely fantastic. With so few of them left I'm sure we'll be back whenever we're in the area. Our waitress was the absolute sweetest and every dish we had was perfect.

    I ordered a Cesar salad with added chicken, but I received a bowl full of arugula with no dressing. For $22 (which is already a lot for a SALAD with chicken), I would expect it to be done as advertised, which is with lettuce and Caesar dressing. The only reason I didn't 1 star this was because the rest of my family received what they ordered. I can understand if ingredients are running low and if this location did not have lettuce or CESAR dressing, but as a paying customer, that should be something to be notified about. I did not order arugula nor make any notation on the online order that I wanted it as a substitution or alternative. While I understand this could have been a mistake or an on-the-fly decision, for $22, I should receive Caesar salad with dressing and more than 4 pieces of chicken (which, mind you, is an added $6.99).

    World's best wait staff! So many Bertucci's have closed near me I'd drive an hour to get such terrific service and the pizza is awesome

    We loved everything about this restaurant! We were in town for a weekend tournament and were looking for places to eat. We went to this restaurant on a Sunday evening. The staff greeted us and our waitress was wonderful. There was also a very nice lady roaming who we assume is the manager and she was super helpful, popping over to ask if we needed cheese or to show us where the restrooms were. My kids ordered the cheese ravioli and cheese pizza. They loved it. We split a Margherita pizza and it was so good. I also had the sangria and was not disappointed. Over the whole weekend this was not only the most affordable meal but it was the best tasting meal! We especially loved the atmosphere, it was cozy and kid friendly. Thank you for making our trip better!
