- HDHeather Damon1 day ago1.0Just wanted to get a half a dozen donuts and a drink. Was waiting for the drink for quite a while to have somebody come tell me they don't have soda water so they couldn't make my drink Would I like a refund? Well yes I'd either like a refund or how about another drink? I'm so glad I don't drink coffee regularly I could never deal with that standing around forever and then finding out you can't even get what .lol So I told him just to keep it because it was going to be another 20 minutes before I could pick out another drink and there was only three people in there.. Yes they had mobile orders I saw them doing it You know I'm standing there I should be getting that attention. But on a positive note they got a super big tip because I tipped when I bought and I walked away with the money I was buying the refresher with so hopefully they're smart enough to take that out of the register and put that in there pocket;) 🙄

I was waiting for a cold brew for 5-10 minutes (only person actually in the store). One employee on his phone and eating his breakfast. The other employee while making an order before mine put his bare hands in the trash at 10:20am 1/16/26. Didn’t make my drink to properly. Doubt I’ll be back.
