But the orders kept piling up behind the window and they weren't putting them in the to go area for customers to grab them. Took half an hour to receive my mobile order, which I only got after asking if it was sitting back there. It's unclear exactly how long it was ready before I asked. I waited for a long time to ask because surely if a mobile order was ready, they'd put it in the mobile order area where I could grab it, right? Really a bizarre experience for what's supposed to be a fast service. I could see the employees were stressed (and I think understaffed), but I think getting customers with completed orders out the door would have helped reduced their stress a little.

People wait forever to get simple orders, takes over 30 minutes to get orders whether you order ahead or you order in person, drinks are bad, prepared orders area becomes a complete mess, and the whole atmosphere of the place is a mess as there's not enough room or people staffed to keep things tidy. Wouldn't recommend, other coffee places around are better, if you want Dunkin we've started going out of our way completely to avoid this one.

Last time we ordered a matcha latte and they dumped matcha powder into a hot coffee. It’s almost as if they purposefully mess up your order. And to make it worse, none of the people who work here are nice. They all seem to have a terrible attitude. Will never be back.

Was waiting for the drink for quite a while to have somebody come tell me they don't have soda water so they couldn't make my drink Would I like a refund? Well yes I'd either like a refund or how about another drink? I'm so glad I don't drink coffee regularly I could never deal with that standing around forever and then finding out you can't even get what .lol So I told him just to keep it because it was going to be another 20 minutes before I could pick out another drink and there was only three people in there.. Yes they had mobile orders I saw them doing it You know I'm standing there I should be getting that attention. But on a positive note they got a super big tip because I tipped when I bought and I walked away with the money I was buying the refresher with so hopefully they're smart enough to take that out of the register and put that in there pocket;) 🙄
