- ACAriel Carpenter1 day ago1.0Awful experience on June 14on Father’s Day . I asked for a refund on a sold out mobile order item (single glazed donut). Both customer service members refused to help me when I asked for a refund. They tried to force me to pick a different item. When I asked for a refund they pretended they couldn’t hear me while they mocked my requests for help. Neither employee acted as though they were able to understand the phrases “refund please,” “I don’t want another donut,” or “please call your manager.” The female employee cut her hand and was bleeding heavily. She kept preparing food and drink orders while openly bleeding. She also kept reaching over the counter with her bloody hand. Writing this review weeks later because the only attempt Dunkin made to resolve this issue was leave me a voicemail with an 800 callback number. Gross location and experience, especially on Father’s Day. I just wanted to get my dad a donut.

I didn't want to waste my time driving down if they don't have them. I go in right at opening and the 2 girls at the counter said they have them but are waiting for the manager. They said they don't know who gets one. I said with purchase of half dozen donuts you get one. No one was trained on this ahead apparently. I'm not gonna stand there waiting for the manager. He comes in at 6am. Store opens at 5am. Seriously? Poor planning considering online says the totes are going to be gone fast so get to the store at opening. Disappointed!!! This store always disappoints. Ugh.
