- APAYDEN Pratt1 day ago1.0I get in their and the lady behind the counter is standing there on her phone on a phone call with the speaker on talking. I get in their and ask for 2 coffes one was a ice coffee with cold foam and a frozen Oreo coffee I'm waiting to get them and she first give me a ice coffee with no cold foam and I ask her can you please put cold foam on this for me she speaking in Portuguese she puts the cold foam on it for me. Then I get my second coffee it's a cloud latte not even close to what I ordered at that point I was done I just walked back to my car and was done with that. At some point they should not be allowed to use their phone when customers are there absolute outrageous that they are using there phone and having it on loud speaker and talking to the person on the phone at the same time she is taking my order. If she took her time and actually listened to what I was ordering this could have not happened.
