- KBKevin Berner1 day ago1.0I ordered a box of hot chocolate. The machine was apparently broken and they couldn't fill the order. The clerk declined to refund me and told me to go through corporate/app. After dealing with delayed response from corporate, they directed me back to the store. I spoke with a store manager and arranged a time to come in for the refund, but no staff knew about it when I arrived. It's been 2+ weeks and I'm still out 26 bucks for a product never received and no one is taking responsibility. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The employees are often rude and seem to always be in a bad mood when dealing with customers. There are three employees in particular who consistently have a bad attitude. The other day, I ordered a sandwich, but they gave me a Wake-Up Wrap instead. I told the employee that I had ordered a Maple Sugar Bacon Sandwich, but she insisted that I had received the correct item. I asked her to check again, and when she finally checked, she realized that I was right. Her attitude immediately changed because she knew she had been wrong. They also handle customers’ food carelessly. When they are upset, they sometimes throw or toss the bags of food onto the counter/table instead of simply placing them down normally. They don’t throw them on the floor, but it still comes across as disrespectful and careless. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but this happens repeatedly. Since this Dunkin is on my way to work, I come here often and have noticed that this is not just a one-time thing. Customers should be treated with basic respect, even when mistakes happen. I hope management addresses this because the customer service really needs to improve.
