  Taco Bell is something that I never miss when visiting the states!! It offers great Mex fast food option , and I enjoy eating in here 👌🏼

  Don't get your food delivered to you. Twice they have forgotten items I paid for. Must be new employees or new management. check your bag before u leave the place.

  I order from here on uber eats a few times and every single time my order arrives at least an hour later than estimated because the restaurant is holding up the food. Why?? Is this “fast food” or what??

  I am extremely disappointed by the level of customer service I received at this Taco Bell. The manager on duty displayed a shocking lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer courtesy. This incident occurred today at approximately 10:25 PM, and the manager on duty was a chubby woman who was responsible for overseeing the restaurant at the time. After entering the restaurant as a paying customer, I was left standing and waiting for approximately 17 minutes while being completely ignored. What made the situation even more disturbing was that multiple customers who arrived after me were served first. When I attempted to politely get the manager’s attention, she would respond to her colleagues in Spanish rather than addressing me directly. I speak Spanish and understood what she was saying, which made the situation feel even more dismissive and unprofessional. On more than one occasion, it appeared that comments were being made about me to other employees instead of providing the simple customer service I was waiting for. No customer should ever be made to feel unwelcome, ridiculed, or treated as a nuisance simply for expecting service. The entire experience gave the impression of favoritism and discriminatory treatment. Whether intentional or not, watching others who arrived after me receive immediate attention while I remained ignored was unacceptable and humiliating. Senior management and franchise leadership need to investigate this location’s management practices immediately. A manager sets the tone for the entire establishment, and the conduct I witnessed reflects poorly on the Taco Bell brand. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and fairness regardless of their background or the language they speak. This was one of the most disrespectful customer service experiences I have encountered in a long time. Unless significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.
