The woman who took my order, who may have been the manager, was very rude and unprofessional. She was a blonde woman with a ponytail and glasses. I ordered a medium hot chocolate and requested an extra scoop of chocolate powder and some cinnamon in the cup before it was placed under the machine. I make this request because I prefer my hot chocolate thicker, and the machine's hot chocolate is usually too thin for my taste. Instead of simply accommodating the request or politely explaining if it could not be done, she began telling me how I should be drinking my hot chocolate, even though I was paying for the beverage and making a reasonable customization request. I then overheard her speaking to other employees in another language while looking in my direction, calling me an “American” whatever that meant. which made me feel as though I was being criticized or discussed inappropriately. While waiting for my breakfast sandwich, I asked another employee, who was wearing a hijab, for sugar packets. Rather than handing them to me courteously, she slammed them on the counter, which I found disrespectful and unprofessionally overall impression was that the negative attitude displayed by the first employee influenced the way I was treated by others. I did not appreciate the service I received, and I believe this type of behavior reflects poorly on the business. Customers should be treated with courtesy and respect, even when making simple customization requests I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve customer service at this location.

When I asked for it to be corrected, the staff argued with me and insisted the drink was made correctly. Rather than remaking the order, they simply poured sparkling water into the existing drink and gave it back to me. The cups were messy and covered with spilled liquid. Mistakes happen, but the way they were handled was unacceptable. Poor customer service, poor attention to detail, and no effort to fix the problem properly. I won’t be returning to this location.

I prefer small batch roasted cafeterias and less sugar in my nutrition. But I’ve always paid respect to the history of Dunkin and people who adoring the place. But to what human nature when I felt a bit sneezed, not sick, neither fever, just small liquid from nose and I was lacking Kleenex, I was waiting two people to be served before asking the indian lady: can I ask you for a napkin? And the answer was: yes, only if you buy something? excuse me? Have you seen dunking at other than subway places? I work at Logan, you don’t need to buy to get a freaking napkin. And as a woman to a woman that was really upsetting to hear. It’s just one, one napkin that you guys have the recycled ones….
