I really love Chipotle, and that’s why this experience was so disappointing.
The staff inside were constantly yelling loudly to each other in a foreign language, making the whole restaurant feel chaotic and uncomfortable. It was extremely noisy — people running back and forth, shouting across the kitchen and dining area like it was a street market instead of a restaurant. It was impossible to sit inside and enjoy a meal peacefully.
Honestly, the employees looked very unprofessional and careless. Some of them behaved more like unsupervised teenagers than restaurant workers. Watching this made me seriously question the hygiene standards in the kitchen — are they even washing their hands properly?
I like Chipotle food, but when the atmosphere and staff behavior feel this disorganized, it completely ruins the appetite and the experience.
Maybe the company should consider paying employees a bit more and hiring more mature, professional staff, even if that means slightly higher prices. Customers come not only for food, but also for a clean, comfortable, and respectful environment.

The restaurant was filthy when I visited. The floors were covered with food and debris, every table I saw was dirty, and customers were clearly expected to clean their own tables before sitting down. There was trash and food left across the dining area, the trash cans were overflowing, and the utensil/napkin station was also messy and poorly maintained. This location also did not appear to have any recycling or compost available.
This is not a one-off issue. Many Chipotle locations seem chronically understaffed, and it shows. There rarely appears to be anyone assigned to keep the dining room, tables, floors, trash area, or utensil station clean during service. I’ve repeatedly seen napkins, utensils, cups, or lids out of stock, and it is often difficult to get staff to refill them even after asking.
The service at this location was also poor. During my visit, an older woman had a large catering order with multiple heavy boxes and asked for help getting them to her car right outside the door. Staff refused to assist her. She had to make several trips by herself, even though there appeared to be a cart available in the restaurant. At minimum, someone could have offered the cart or helped her get the boxes outside.
I also had an issue with a promotion in the app. I had a reward for a free small queso, which is the only reason I ordered it. I scanned the app and told the cashier about the reward, but I was still charged for the queso. When I raised the issue, the cashier seemed uninterested and did not try to fix it.
This fits a broader pattern I’ve experienced at this location: staff often seem rushed, disengaged, or unwilling to help when there is a problem. On a previous visit, I ordered a soda but was not given one and was not given a receipt. When I asked whether I had already been charged for it, the employee would not clearly answer and seemed annoyed that I was asking.
The food itself is not the main problem. The problem is that the restaurant feels poorly managed, understaffed, dirty, and indifferent to customers. Chipotle needs to staff these locations properly and assign someone to maintain the dining room, trash area, and supplies throughout the day. Customers should not have to clean their own tables, chase down basic supplies, or argue over app rewards that should apply automatically.
Based on this visit, I would not recommend this location.
