Hannah and Mira were such sweethearts to me. Their lemonade sorbet is one of the best I’ve had in a while. Thanks to everyone that works there! Every staff member I’ve met, really, has been so lovely and welcoming. Thank you!

- MWMichelle WongApr 14, 20261.0I got handed a MELTED ice cream cone after waiting for 30+ min in line. The ice cream was already dripping and falling off the cone on the employee, but one of the other employees said to just give it to me and refused to give me a cup even though I asked three times. Because they gave it to me dripping, it got on my shoes immediately, on the shop floor, on the floor around Harvard Square, and even possibly the long line of customers I had to maneuver around with two hands covered in chocolate. I couldn’t even go to a different shop to ask for a cup because my hands were covered in chocolate, and the employees didn’t even hand me a napkin— other customers had to help me and were shocked by the employees’ lack of empathy. The photo doesn’t even capture the chaotic mess they handed to me since I wrapped it in napkins. After donating money to their partnered cause and waiting over half an hour for something that I hoped to brighten my day, this is beyond disappointing.
