If I had a dime for the amount of things I can say about this Dunkin', I'd be a rich man. However, if there was a condition in place that those things had to be positive, well, hell.....I don't think that I'd have enough for a donut, which must be why they removed it from the title. But good lord, I understand the struggle with customer service, having done it for 7 years, but to not only get my order wrong, but to take a full five minutes out of both our days to argue with me about the accuracy of my order, or better yet the complete lack of it, is a special, LinkedIn-worthy skill worth mentioning, indeed (and yeah, that site, too). No regard for customers, irate at even a soft-spoken mentioning to boot, I marvel at their ability to stay open, or as my father would say when this type of thing would happen at one back in Connecticut, "You'll all be replaced by machines soon anyway, and thank God!". And he's from Detroit, so he would know. But before this awful experience that rendered me forever gone from this particular franchise, a friend of mine had recommended I download the Dunkin' app to place my orders ahead of time, and to omit the whole 'they heard my order wrong' factor out of the equation for this portion of 'fast' food. And then that just sounded to me like the idea of machines again, since kiosks are next door at the McDonald's, though they definitely belong here. Although I never intend to return, I urge the owner to implement such kiosks, and maybe a few POLITE robots to make sandwiches, bag donuts and mix coffee, and maybe, out of mercy, let the rude woman at the drive-thru clean the bathrooms and sweep the parking lot so as to keep it from being 100% technological. For the sake of the future customers, it doesn't sound like a bad idea, Mr. Franchise Owner. I already made one of those today by going there.
