  I said NO spicy when asked. But now I can't even enjoy my food today. 10 bites in and my tongue is on fire. Will I even have a tongue after this. My nose is running. When people don't listen. 🙁 Very disappointed. And she got a tip. I never knew spicy was even an option until today. Money wasted.

  Not a good experience I’m honestly disappointed by my experience here today. When I was ordering, the employee helping me told me that if I left a 5-star review, she would give me a free drink. She then asked me to scan the QR code and wanted to watch me write the review. I politely declined, and she seemed visibly upset by this. While we were eating, my toddler needed to use the bathroom. When I went to take him, I found that the bathrooms were locked. The restaurant was essentially empty, and I couldn’t find anyone from the staff to unlock them. When an employee finally came over, they wanted to serve another customer who had just walked in before helping us after I had asked if she could unlock the door, despite the other customer actually telling them to take care of us first because I had a toddler who urgently needed the bathroom. The frustrating part is that this honestly could have been a 5-star experience. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean. Everything was good until the customer service issues.

  I always asked myself why, This place is not packed like other Qdoba? Today I decide to come and check, food is old. Customer service is bad, The manager didn't apologize and give the food with attitude when I ask if they have fresh rice. It's saturday an the restaurant is empty, this is why. Please stop supporting places like this. We pay for the food, so we should get a good meal.
