  The service staff at this Dunkin was incredibly rude. I arrived at the drive thru today(05/17) and called out at the mic 4 times and no one responded. I thought may be it was under rennovation or something and left and stopped by the serving window when I saw someone inside. The lady there yelled and screamed asking me to go around. There was literally no one in the drive thru so I circled back and I called out again and she asked me to wait to which I replied you asked me to go back in drive thru. When I gave my order she started off saying you need to be patient and don’t take orders at the window. I am fine with driving around waiting rather that being yelled at. I asked to call the manager and the lady spoke to someone and said would call the cops.

  Super rude. Just left there and the guy on the window was rude as hell. Cut me off while I was talking and handed me my drinks rough without saying a word at all. He's always miserable.

  placed an order on the app. went to pick up. no orders on the rack and many people waiting, which is typical during breakfast time. i waited about 2 minutes before a woman behind the counter called out “whose waiting for food?” and i raised my hand and gave my name. she responded “i called your name 5 times 5 minutes ago.” and handed me a bag from behind the counter. i said “oh okay, thank you?” she then said “i don’t know why you went to them complaining.” in which i told her “i walked in literally 2 minutes ago and haven’t said a word to anyone…” she rolled her eyes and walked away. usually i don’t complain, but since she accused me of it anyways, figured i might as well do it. i get that its busy, but you shouldn’t be rude to people, especially when you have no idea what your talking about. also was missing an order of hash browns. thanks

  First off - the staff is very nice. Everyone is polite and friendly. Now the bad news: The drive-thru is ridiculous. In the past 10 drivethru orders, they have gotten it wrong three times, and given me old coffee with grounds at the bottom twice. This morning was the last straw. I ordered my large hot coffee, and got a large hot tea with hazelnut flavoring. I don't know if you've ever had tea with cream and sugar AND hazelnut, but it is GROSS. I'm finding a new place for coffee.
