- TMTravel MohrMay 21, 20261.0The female manager this morning needs to be fired. Went through the drive thru and clearly asked for cream cheese on my bagels. Received my bagels no cream cheese. The whole concept of a drive thru is for people to eat while driving not having to put their own cream cheese on a bagel while driving down a highway. I Proceeded to go inside and ask for a refund. Instead the female manager insulted me with saying i needed a shower and that i was a racist for telling her If your people can’t understand basic instructions then maybe they shouldn’t be in a position where they have to follow instructions. I didn’t say anything about race. Simply the truth. She called me a racist mind you I went through the drive thru didn’t see who was making my bagel and was very specific with my order. Her excuse was it was a language barrier problem. The only person using race in this scenario was the manager. If you’re the manager and you put someone on a making order line and they can’t read or comprehend what you tell them then maybe just maybe that’s a poor supervisor decision to have an employee making orders. If you make peoples orders wrong and then you tell the customer it’s because it’s a language barrier and don’t apologize and then accuse the customer of being racist for complaining about not following instructions then maybe the owner needs to reevaluate who he or she hires. I’ll never go back to that Dunkin again. Learn to apologize and accept accountability when your wrong. Me complaining about my order being wrong is in no way shape or form a racist statement and telling me to shower was absolutely ridiculous. Fire that woman!!!
