- SSStaciaAug 13, 20261.0This is about ashley with pink hair in the drive through, we had her two days in a row we tried giving a second chance but she’s just got a crappy attitude, if you don’t know you’re order within the second you drive up she gives you an issue. Yesterday she kept cutting us off when we weren’t finished with each drink order and saying “yeah I got that” we didn’t get to finish the instructions on them and get what we fully wanted, and then she added in other passive aggressive tones and comments while we ordered. Instead of giving us the total she says drive up. Today we’re looking at the menu and only one person drives up behind us and we had just said give us a moment and she keeps rushing us and within one minute she goes “not to be rude, but there are people waiting.” As if us deciding what we want would be the end of the world for everyone. Once again with no total given, she says drive up. We get there and was not greeted, she opens the window after making us wait because her time is more important than ours even though “there’s people waiting”. She tells us the total hands over the card reader and then closes the door again, eventually when she starts giving our order she starts handing us drink items not saying what they are just passing along. To top it off two of our drinks were the exact same And tasted completely different, just pure guessing going on in the kitchen clearly. One of them was so bad we had to drive back and ask for a remake. It costs nothing to have respect, but maybe that’s why she works here instead of elsewhere. The other worker she handed us our food and she actually was kind and had a nice tone, even in her brief moment with us she was 1000 times better. Also it’s not like they were in a rush hour it’s 1pm both days, no excuse. We had two separate orders in the car, we should have been treated as if we weren’t holding up a line when we were still two orders going through. When we got our replacement drink she was not there and it of course came out delicious from an older lady and very nice.

Every time I stop by, the service is incredibly fast, the orders are always accurate, and everything is fresh. It is crystal clear that this place is extremely well-managed. The team works in perfect sync, the environment is clean and organized, and even during peak hours, they never lose their pace or their friendly attitude. Great leadership makes all the difference in maintaining quality, and the management here deserves a lot of praise for their excellent work and for keeping the team motivated. Keep it up!
