  Tiny meat portions and if you ask for more they give you a tiny bit extra for an extra six dollars. Trash. Go next-door to get teriyaki chicken / steak combo for less.

  This place absolutely sucks. I can’t even understand their language. They don’t speak very good English at all. They rolled their eyes at me several times they were disrespectful. I’m just overall disappointed. All because I stumbled over my words.

  Probably the worst chipotle I’ve been to. I come here consistently after the gym and I Expect the food to be decent which it usually is. Today I saw so many ingredients mixed together due to the carelessness and rushing of the employee. Asked her not to close my bowl and she Said sorry and closed It then smushed the top. Then she slid my bowl across the counter and was rushing to serve the next customer. Management needs to fix this. DO NOT COME HERE

  This place has disappointed on three occasions so I am finally leaving a review. The front line is managed so poorly…every time and it is dirty in some way. There is only ever one person helping walk-in customers, there is no line of duties. One person takes your order, gets the food AND checks you out; insanely inefficient. The first time, there were four people in front of me when I got in line and it took 35 minutes to get my food and pay. The man had NO IDEA what soft shell tacos were and ended up putting it in a kids make-your-own style despite me trying to tell him otherwise someone (polite, but understandably frustrated) finally came and redid my order. With only three people in front of me today, I luckily only waited 8-10 minutes to get my order taken. Today, I counted 6 employees actively working. One was on the grill, one was helping walk-in customers, three were managing the back - online orders or catering I assume, and one was washing the wall, yes the upper tile wall at 4:45pm. On top of the horrible service, it is always dirty, spill on the ground, toppings on the floor, and today I took a picture of the trays….chaos. The one and only saving grace is the actual food, once you finally get it.
