  Unsafe food and awful customer service. I found a large piece of clear plastic mixed inside my bowl while eating in store. When I asked to speak with a manager, staff claimed there was no manager on duty and that no one spoke English to help me. Offering only to remake the bowl while ignoring a major safety hazard is completely unacceptable I asked for a refund but again all they said was that they could remake my bowl. Check your food carefully before eating here

  Place opened up at 10:45am and I ordered around 11:00am. Chips were inedible due to how stale they were. I also observed an employee checking the temperature of the food, which is great, however, the thermometer was not cleaned in between checking various foods so it went into cooked meat, then vegetarian options, into queso, and into toppings without being cleaned.

  The food is always delicious at Chipotle, but this particular location never gets my order right. Definitely recommend double checking that everything is in your bag if you place the order on the app.

  Sometimes they are a little slow but honestly they have never messed up my order and it's always a great portion, probably the best chipotle in the area in my opinion! And they have always been nice to me!

  Go somewhere else! Embarrassingly bad Chipotle experience. Came in a half hour before close, nobody but me in the place. Had a promo code that they refused to honor, and when I asked for an explanation, it turned out that nobody in the place spoke any English and instead tried to put me on the phone with someone who had no clue what was going on. I love Chipotle and I'm easy to please when it comes to my favorite place to eat. But this was ridiculous and frustrating.
