  Came in here and the lady usually working the counter was just doing mobile orders ignoring me I wanted to just pay and leave but she was ignoring me and being rude. Took 20 minutes with no line to get out of there this is ridiculous

  I went to the restaurant an ordered a bowl and a tortilla on this side. The kid then tossed it down towards the cashier and it fell on the floor behind the service area. He then leaned over picked it up and put it back at the counter. I said to him they’re not to serve that to me are you and he said yes it’s wrapped and I said I don’t care if it’s wrapped or not it was on the floor and I’m not going to take it. I don’t want it now. And then it’s very annoyed with me that I was even a questioning him. I then looked in the restaurant sitting area. It’s disgusting. All the tables have food on them and all over the floor. It was disgusting, there’s no napkins and all the teas or just about empty. The staff was all just doing busy work, not really working more talking than working. If they were willing to serve food that they’ve been on the ground like it was no big deal. I only wonder what they’re doing in the back, that you can’t see. I will never eat her again.

  Would give 0 stars if i could, don’t come to this Chipotle if you want a decent meal. Showed 9pm and their closing hours are 11pm. They refused to cook more steak. All I wanted was a rice and steak 3 pointer bowl with no toppings and they still rung me up full price for a chicken bowl.

  We went last night for their deal they were running for free guacamole and chips with the purchase of an entree. I think they are understaffed here. The service shows they are understaffed big time. Chipotle Sweetgreen and Cava are the only three fast casual food chain restaurants I eat at. All three are usually good. Chipotle hire more people here at this location.

  The duality of this Chipotle is truly mind blowing… I’ve gotten the best Chipotle food from this location to the absolute worst. I always online order, so the variations I get is frustrating. I’ve gotten bowls half full or bowls overflowing. Most recently, I ordered two bowls—one had what was ordered and was at least a normal portion, then the other was underfilled, did not have the chicken on it at all. and had none of the salsas on it I ordered. I don’t mind if you run out of things and offer a substitute, but to leave the whole protein off lol? Mistakes happen, but these issues happen frequently (and doesn’t seem to matter what time of day or what day of the week). While I haven’t had the staff be rude to me or had any negative interactions, I do, however, feel the way the food is made some people need a retrain. Consistency is seriously lacking.
