  Cava Burlington was truly awful. I will never order from there again. I ordered online to avoid waiting, but they prepared mine after preparing the orders of those already there. And even then, it took them about 5 minutes to give it to me; they just put it in the back and didn't give it to me. I usually order from Chesnuthill Cava regularly and have never had a problem like this. In addition, the portion size was smaller than usual, the wrong rice was included, and the dip was missing.

  This place RUNS CIRCLES around the Chelmsford location. Significantly better. The staff are much friendlier, and the food is always fresh. Bravo.

  On June 6, 2026 2 PM we ordered two bowls for dine in. Service was not great. They were throwing the food in the bowl. We are paying for the food here! Not eating for free! The employees working were not at all bothered to put up a smile and speak well - such attitude. Our worst Cava visit so far. Maybe we will look for other options going forward.

  I am very disappointed with my experience at the Burlington location. I come here often and usually order the same bowl for around $15. This time, I was charged $30. I was told it was because I got double steak, but I have ordered double steak before and have never been charged anywhere close to that amount. Being charged double the usual price felt unfair, especially as a regular customer. The employees involved were a woman I believe was the shift manager wearing a yellow bandana and a blonde employee with glasses. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed by how the situation was handled. I enjoy the food, but this experience makes me hesitant to return.
