  first time visit in Boston. I usually go to cava in south Florida and however the managers attitude is echoed through entire staff. It’s so empty probably because of the experience. I was met with harsh stares for almost 5 mins while manager built an online order that a customer was waiting for. entire store was empty.. other associate didn’t speak English so every request was pretty much ignored. Looking forward to visiting other locations for the customer service that I know cava maintains.

  Honestly this location is terrible. I like CAVAs food. However the last couple times I’ve order whether it be pick up or Uber Eats my order takes about an hour or longer to fulfill. I ordered last week for mobile pick up and it wasn’t ready until 45 minutes past my projected pick up time. I was standing in the lobby for that long waiting for my food. Fast forward to today, I tried to order delivery and after waiting an hour before the order was canceled because it took too long to fulfill. It’s ridiculous because all I order is a single bowl during the weekdays too, not even a weekend.
