Had a great experience at The Silk! We tried the Chicken 555, Goat Pepper Fry, Street Style Noodles, and Chicken Fried Rice, and every single dish was delicious. The Chicken 555 was flavorful and perfectly cooked, the Goat Pepper Fry was tender with just the right amount of spice, the Street Style Noodles had an authentic taste, and the Chicken Fried Rice was well-seasoned and satisfying. Everything was fresh, packed with flavor, and served hot. If you're looking for tasty Indian food, this place is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing dining experience at The Silk! We ordered the Chicken 555, Goat Pepper Fry, Gunpowder Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice, and Chicken Noodles, and every single dish was delicious. The flavors were rich, the portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and perfectly cooked.
The Chicken 555 and Gunpowder Chicken had just the right amount of spice, while the Goat Pepper Fry was tender and packed with flavor. The Chicken Fried Rice and Chicken Noodles were the perfect accompaniment and were equally satisfying.
The ambiance was great, the service was friendly and attentive, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for flavorful Indian food in the Boston area, The Silk is definitely worth a visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Sadly, a very disappointing experience. The kofta and dal tadka was bland and flavorless, the naan looked like it was pre-made and frozen (I hope this is not true but that's what it tasted like). The only good thing was chef's special dessert. Though little underwhelming in taste, the desserts were atleast creative. Appetizers were better. But over all portion sizes were too less for the price.

Really enjoyed the food here! Came for a family/team dinner and we started off with a pomegranate no-jito, chilli garlic paneer, and chicken 65. For the main course, we went with chicken tikka masala and garlic naan. Everything was delicious! One heads up though. if you’re a spice lover, make sure to ask for hot spice level. The only thing that could’ve been better was the paneer. it was a bit raw and not sautéed, which would’ve taken it to the next level. Staff was super friendly, vibes were cozy and chill. Totally worth a visit!

I don’t understand how this restaurant received a 4.7 rating.
We went for the Sunday Buffet; saddest buffet I’ve ever seen.
The food: samosas made from phyllo dough, not traditional dough, were soggy.
Other apps were over- fried, hard, and tasteless.
Only two curry dishes in the buffet: both were tika-masala sauce (one was paneer, the other was chicken). The chicken was cubbed, over cooked breast, that had the texture of cardboard.
The Nan bread was premade, was cold and again, soggy.
There was a salad made from mesclun greens with a tasteless dressing and were totally soggy and wilted.
The presentation; the plates looked like dog food plates. No knives were provided.
When we entered the restaurant, the floors were dirty, with dried mud prints everywhere.
The only saving grace: the price. $18 per person.
If you want a good buffet, go to Mela in the south end, or Tashan up in Bedford.
This place was worse than college cafeteria food.
