Worst service I’ve ever received it took over 25 minutes for one burrito to be made. Employees were any where but where they were supposed to be. Talking with friends in the back or ignoring ready made orders.

Every time I come here (and it’s been 3 times) the food takes ~2 hours to be prepared. I spend like 2 hours waiting for my order when the online eta said like 10 min. Terrible experience and service.

Shout out white boy that worked Friday night/morning on 9/11-9/12 it was so hectic but he kept going and made sure that we received our order the fastest he could while also dealing with rude customers. If you're his manager give him a raise!!!!! (and never schedule one person on a busy night again please i could tell he was really stressed)
