Restaurant managers, Laurie and Steve opened up a restaurant together in hopes of intertwining a fast casual restaurant with a focus on healthy food choices. Laurie, a registered dietitian, applies her knowledge on nutrition into the meals served today. Steve, a seasoned business manager in the restaurant industry has always enjoyed the connection between people and food. Together, they bring their passion into the cuisine.
Sit down or order out. We serve grilled panini wraps, healthy vegan smoothies, fresh pressed juices, super fresh salads, and wellness shots. We now sell soft serve ice cream, too!!

- HIHolly Irvin2 days ago5.0I had an amazing dinner on Oct. 1! I ordered a Buffalotarian wrap, Berry salad with olives, and Pistachio Protein smoothie! All were incredibly delicious! The farro in the wrap was perfect, the sauce was delicious, the strawberries, blueberries, and avocado were wonderful with the creamy balsamic dressing, and the pistachio smoothie was the perfect dessert afterward! I ordered for delivery, so I was not in the shop, but the person I talked with on the phone made sure my order was perfect, and I’m wildly impressed with their customer service! I am so excited that someone told me about this place! I’ll need to visit the actual shop next time!
