    Absolutely the worst fast food experience I have ever had in my life. For your own Health and Safety go elsewhere. The drive thru wait was ridiculously long just to get to the speaker, and when we finally did, the employee taking orders had to ask us SIX different times what we wanted because he was too busy talking to other employees and complaining about customers instead of listening. After another 15 minute wait to reach the second window, a male employee with unkept shoulder-length dreads and no hair net tried handing us a completely random order. We told him multiple times it wasn’t ours. He looked up our actual order, took payment, and then handed us another random bag sitting next to him anyway. The line was so backed up we parked and went inside. There were already 3 Uber drivers waiting, another couple who said they’d been standing there over 20 minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge the register, and an older woman dealing with what also appeared to be the wrong order. I personally stood at the counter for 12 minutes and not a single employee came to the front. During that entire time, I could clearly see the same drive thru employee continuing to hand out random bags while laughing and complaining about customers. What made this even worse was the disgusting lack of food safety. The employee constantly touched his face, headset, and surrounding surfaces with the same gloves he was handling food with and NEVER changed them. Through the kitchen windows we could also see employees TAKING BACK incorrect food orders and seemingly repackaging them for other customers. We received our incorrect bag at 10:47 PM. We got back into the drive thru line at 11:11 PM just to tell them the order was wrong, and because the car ahead of us ALSO had the wrong order, we didn’t even reach the window until 11:30 PM. When we finally got there, the female manager took the bag back. The same employee who caused this entire mess then threw the replacement food out the window toward my fiancé so aggressively the bag ripped open and nearly spilled all over the driver side door. The food was ice cold and clearly had been sitting out exposed, it was also clearly tampered with and partially eaten. I would never risk feeding food from this location to my family. This wasn’t just “slow service.” This was incompetence, unprofessional behavior, terrible hygiene, possible food safety violations, and employees openly mocking customers while ruining orders for over an hour straight. I attached photos showing the incorrect order, timestamps, and the condition of the food we were handed.

    We ordered beef tacos and they were good along with the Mexican pizza now to increase sells here add Long John's Silver to Taco Bell like the one in West Roxbury Mass.

    Do not follow orders. Add anything and let you pay extra but do not give you your order. Give attitude and make you feel rude and crazy when they have no customers service skills.

    Always get my order wrong 9 times out of 10. As a fast food worker myself, i genuinely can’t understand how it is so difficult to read “NO BEANS” in all caps. I come here in between school, and both my jobs because its on the way and convenient. Some days, its my only chance to eat for the whole day. You can imagine how infuriating it is to get home and realize my lunch is ruined, and when i call to see if I can get a refund, i’m rudely told to drive all the way back there for it. 10$ into the trash and still hungry🫠
