  Staff is ignorant especially the manager who works at night! Very nasty attitude. I watched her make a delivery app driver wait long intentionally for his order. I heard him ask if his order was ready yet and said he’s been waiting close to an hour and the person bringing out orders told him she doesn’t know anything. You could tell he was very frustrated and didn’t speak English that well. I saw the staff berating him and the manager ignore him and did absolutely nothing to help. Such a disgrace! Shame on you. I felt so bad.

  I’ve been here only through the drive thru and all I can say the manager there needs to be trained properly or FIRED!!! Her attitude really stink to the point you see her fakeness in her smile. She’s actually robbing off on the workers. They all act and look like they hate their job! Mad because you’re not making the orders on time when they are placed on the app. You start making them when the customer gets to the window…why but why?!?!?!? Then you ask us the customer to go around due to the timer on the drive thru window…give me a damn brake and when I didn’t, you gave me an attitude lmaooo NOPE I AM NOT GOING AROUND !!!

  Extremely rude employees arguing with customers who had been standing at the counter for over 10 mins with no service. They were only acknowledging the drive thru and treating the inside customers like they didn’t exist. Then whoever was at the window yelled at a frustrated customer at the counter and started charging towards them. This place is disgusting. And corporate will be contacted
