- NANicole AllenApr 29, 20261.0I observed a staff member handling food, drinks, cup lids, and bagging items without wearing gloves. I discreetly mentioned this, and she responded defensively, saying, “Who, me?” She then spoke in another language and concluded in English by saying, “She’s crazy.” I believe she was the manager. While it was clear she was working hard, proper sanitation and professional conduct should be upheld, especially when a concern is discreetly raised by a customer. This was a poor representation of McDonald's. My now 50 year old daughter was among the first employees at this location when it opened in the early 90s. Customer service should improve over time, not decline. At 75 years old, I was taken aback by the lack of regard for both customer service and respect for elders.

Drive back to McDonald's and asked the for the missing items and the Manager told my wife no! and to get the "F" blank out of here . Really professional for some one of that position.

I ORDERED AT THE FRONT COUNTER I STOOD THERE FOR A FEW MINUTES BEFORE SOMEONE TOOK MY ORDER THEN I WAS CONFUSED ID THE BOY WAS FRONT COUNTER OR DRIVE THRU I GOT MY FOOD LIKE 7 8 MINUTES LATER AND THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME AT THIS LOCATION
