The way they treat customers is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Not only do they give people the wrong drinks, but when mistakes are made, they do not seem to care about fixing them properly. Customers spend their hard-earned money and deserve to be treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism. Instead, people are met with poor attitudes and careless service. It is frustrating and disappointing to see a business operate this way. They really need to improve their customer service, train their employees better, and make sure staff can communicate clearly in English so orders are understood correctly. A business cannot succeed if it continues to disrespect and ignore its customers. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

I went in, bought coffee and donuts just to enjoy my break, and when I politely asked to use the restroom, I was told I couldn’t because it had already been cleaned. That makes absolutely no sense—are customers expected not to use the bathroom at all after it’s cleaned? And there was no sign of wet floor or nothing I just don’t get it. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. The employee was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care about basic customer courtesy. This happened around 6:58 PM, and the whole interaction completely ruined what was supposed to be a simple, relaxing break. If you’re paying for food and drinks, the least a place can offer is basic respect and access to facilities. Definitely not coming back.

Hash browns hard, asked to remake my coffee and still came out awful. NEVER AGAIN. COUNT YOUR DAYS DUNKS ON MAIN ST.
