  This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I went in, bought coffee and donuts just to enjoy my break, and when I politely asked to use the restroom, I was told I couldn’t because it had already been cleaned. That makes absolutely no sense—are customers expected not to use the bathroom at all after it’s cleaned? And there was no sign of wet floor or nothing I just don’t get it. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. The employee was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care about basic customer courtesy. This happened around 6:58 PM, and the whole interaction completely ruined what was supposed to be a simple, relaxing break. If you’re paying for food and drinks, the least a place can offer is basic respect and access to facilities. Definitely not coming back.

  Second time visiting this dunks and both times horrendous coffee. Every single coffee is made with extra cream like a milk shake! Can I get coffee with my milk. Hash browns hard, asked to remake my coffee and still came out awful. NEVER AGAIN. COUNT YOUR DAYS DUNKS ON MAIN ST.

  I am so upset with how me and my friend were served, there was this woman at the counter we went up and asked her to make us some Sabrina day dream refresher, that’s how exactly we said it, and so she went on to make it and pretty much it was wrong, she made a strawberry refresher with lemonade, we brought it to her attention and she rolled her eyes at us when we tried to correct her that it was the wrong drink and then she charged my card for drink which should’ve been free doe making her drink wrong , but for her to roll her eyes at us when we said we had the wrong drink it such unacceptable behavior in any establishment, I WILL NEVER BE COMING HERE AGAIN BECAUSE THAT WAS SO RIDICULOUS, especially her charging us for a drink she messed up
