  For whatever reason it always seems to I get any frosting donut. It’s always upside down. Why did I bother paying all this money for a messed up donut??!??!!! They’re always scrambling around food and coffees are usually messed up when you go to ask them to fix it. It’s a big issue for them.

  4/21/26 Still no response from the terrible manager team. Now I understand why Anna a low level employee who has to work to share tips displayed that unprofessionalism. She thinks she is the coffee police. She has to get up early in the morning to make coffee for the public, because she probably doesn’t have the intelligence to get a real job. 3/28/26 No response from the local management team. 3/14/26 Been going there for a few months for my morning coffee I switched from making my tea at home. The employees were usually very friendly and professional employees. They got to know me they made my order without asking mine. The young lady girl who only works Saturdays and Sunday due to educational obligations when she makes my coffee she don’t fill it up properly. I ordered a large and medium cup of coffee and what I will do I will top the medium cup of coffee off with a large cup and then I will ask if they will put a little bit more in my cup. I’m a 66yr Retired Marine Combat I do not need to steal coffee I pay for everything I get but when I spend my money, I expect to get what I paid for like any other customer. I never had a problem with it until Saturday, March 14 around 1130hrs (11:30am) this rude unprofessional probably unhappy with her job low level minimum wage employee named Anna was arguing me about a small amount of coffee in which Dunkin’ Donuts throwaway gallons of coffee and dozens of donuts at night. Who do she think she is the COFFEE POLICE! I was trying to leave and she still was arguing with me. She didn’t know how to de-escalate a situation, she kept escalating it because she wanted to get the last word. This country is at war service members are dying and she want to argue with me over sip of coffee. This is how she treat a retired marine combat veteran who served this country honorably when she didn’t have the courage to serve this country herself. Now I understand why she works at Dunkin’ Donuts on a Saturday for minimum wage NO PROFESSIONALISM and NO COURAGE arguing with a customer!

  Did not expect to post this, but I went inside and made an order of 4 sandwiches. 2 bacon eggs and cheese in a English muffin, 1 Ultimate Bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, 1 sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant. Came home and the 2 English muffin was missing the bacon. Please make sure you guys double check the order.
