- MMMahalingam Mani4 days ago3.0We ordered (first time ever here) large cheese pizza with jalapeno topping (alfredo sauce) - takeout. The pizza was awful(ly salty. It was not the jalapenos but probably was cheese or alfredo (or both). Could not tolerate beyond a slice. When I called and complained about this they thanked me for feedback without a semblance of regret (the guy who took the call simply feigned he works there and thata manager was absent: I suspect he is the mgr). He promised to inform mgr.; no offer of refund/remake etc. the post-complaint attitude (more than the taste issue itself) has also likely made it the last time ever here - unless I can't find another Papa John's nearby: out in mountain view where I am from we have very decent franchises of Papa John's.

I love my local independent pizza chains for sure. But not many pizza places are open past 10pm in Brighton. And this Papa John's has come to the rescue on days when we are too tired to cook dinner. Or during backyard parties or kids birthday parties when we need 10 pizzas to refill the food table in short notice. Been ordering from this franchise store for over 15 years. They always have amazing deals online and through snail mail as if post covid inflation never happened. Kudos to this franchise owner, the managers and the staff here!
