  Came here around midnight one saturday to find the drive thru closed. I already placed a mobile order and saw others at the window, so I went to see what was up. Turns out a bunch of late shift employees either never showed up or left, and it was down to one employee and one manager. Even so, they were incredibly polite and assured me if I ordered, I’d get my food. I had a good time hanging out in the drive thru talking to other customers, and when I got my food it was still hot and fresh. Huge thank you to Michelle and Diva for pushing through what I’m sure was a super difficult situation and being absolute professionals!

  No answer at 610am when they are suppose to be open at 5am. Someone was in there, but did not answer for multiple people trying to make an order Very unfortunate and inconvenient. I was wasted a lot of time.

  Look, I’m not really one to complain, genuinely. I’ve worked fast food and plenty of food service jobs, I get it, it sucks. But I cannot even begin to recall the number of times that this McDonald’s has messed up my order. Plenty of “cancelled orders” and missing or just wrong items, and that’s just on the online ordering side. I’ve also ordered in person and through the drive thru. Messed up orders there too, zero acknowledgement when picking up an order. Like, again I get it, customer service sucks, but wouldn’t you want to ask me which order is mine so I leave your building? I end up standing there looking like an idiot waiting for someone to finally turn around, even after I ask if that’s my order sitting up top (it always is, I can read the side of the bag). This happens ever. Single. Time. I wish I was exaggerating. The food is often cold too, which isn’t something I would complain about if the correct food was there in the first place. I have a microwave, I can heat it up. I feel like I’ve tried to be so understanding and respectful and receive absolutely nothing back. Sometimes even worse than nothing, I don’t get all my food which is just free money to McDonald’s. Yeah just had to get my thoughts out there on the very small chance that this changes anything about the way stuff is done (it won’t but a guy can hope)

  Dirty and very nasty on the inside. I was able to order my food, but was later told that they were out of pancakes, eggs, and sausage. I will not be back
