The current manager regularly yells at customers and refuses to correct orders when mistakes are made. They also scold and embarrass people in front of other customers, which creates a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Someone really needs to provide proper training for this manager, especially in customer service. Treating customers with respect should be a basic part of the job.

The employees are rude, the store manager like a CEO of Dunkin and there is no respect for customers or concern for customer satisfaction. It feels like no one working there is happy. I even called Dunkin’ customer service, and they told me the store manager would contact me and apologize. That never happened. The reason I contacted customer service was because the store manager raised her voice at me and argued with me in front of other customers, even though I remained polite and respectful throughout the interaction. I was very disappointed by how the situation was handled. I can no longer recommend this location. If you go here, there’s a good chance you’ll leave frustrated and your whole morning could be ruined. If you want to start your day with a good cup of coffee and a donut, do yourself a favor and go to the other Dunkin’ farther down the street instead. The service there is much better.
