- NLNicole LydonAug 26, 20261.0The customer service has gone steeply downhill since the previous team and management left. I went in Sunday and ordered a sandwich that they got incorrect. When I asked the employee to fix it, she got an attitude. When she was done fixing it, she effectively threw it across the counter. They also have a regular who goes in and sits and talks to himself. Not his fault he’s sick but some of the things he says are offensive and the staff won’t do anything. There is another guy who stands outside and asks everyone for a dollar. It’s constant and staff won’t do anything.

- LALutfu AkselJul 9, 20261.0This used to be my favorite Dunkin’, but not anymore. None of the old team is there anymore, and the difference is impossible to ignore. The employees are rude, the store manager like a CEO of Dunkin and there is no respect for customers or concern for customer satisfaction. It feels like no one working there is happy. I even called Dunkin’ customer service, and they told me the store manager would contact me and apologize. That never happened. The reason I contacted customer service was because the store manager raised her voice at me and argued with me in front of other customers, even though I remained polite and respectful throughout the interaction. I was very disappointed by how the situation was handled. I can no longer recommend this location. If you go here, there’s a good chance you’ll leave frustrated and your whole morning could be ruined. If you want to start your day with a good cup of coffee and a donut, do yourself a favor and go to the other Dunkin’ farther down the street instead. The service there is much better.
