Always out of ingredients, the lines are absolutley absurd considering it's literally line order style, and the staff are completely apathetic and constantly goofing around behind the counter, looking at their cellphones while the line is out the door. I've submitted complaints to corporate to no avail. Cannot wait for this place to shut down so we can get a resturant who actually gives a shit about customer experience to move in. This place is a JOKE. Don't even bother! Worse than McDonalds imo. I have a giftcard with about 67 dollars loaded on it from CHRISTMAS. I legit prefer to just eat elsewhere and pay, rather than endure this places antics. Horrible.
