  Great food with fresh ingredients and a decent selection of toppings. However, the service can be hit or miss, as I've experienced a few long waits during busy hours. Overall, it's a solid choice when you're in the mood for a quick bite.

  Went at 11AM and was closed even though they stated they would be open at 10:45AM. Look I get it, it was 15 minutes past their open time but at least let me inside while you guys scramble to get ready. They just looked at me from the inside and it seemed like they weren’t even remotely ready to open. Recommend going to Eagle’s deli next door, better prices and better food.

  This chipotle always serves very small portion sizes and the quality of the food is not as good as usual. Pretty disappointing :/

  I placed a mobile order, came to the restaurant, picked it up, and left — everything seemed fine. I drove a few miles away to charge my car, planning to eat there. But when I finally opened my order, I realized they didn’t include a fork. And I had a bowl — something you simply can’t eat without utensils. Now I’m sitting there with my food and literally can’t eat it. Going back would mean wasting time and disrupting my plans. I also don’t think it’s reasonable for customers to double-check every single item in the order before leaving. It may seem like a small thing, but moments like this completely ruin the experience. Very disappointing.

  Honestly, as a former service manager at Chipotle, I’m very disappointed with this location. While not all of the staff are bad, the management is clearly not doing their job. I gave this place multiple chances—around five visits—hoping it would improve since it’s closer to me, but unfortunately, it never did. There seems to be constant turnover, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but the lack of professionalism is noticeable. Even when the line is long, staff are chatting, joking around, stopping work, and taking breaks for no clear reason. The food line was also very dirty, and ingredients were being mixed together. As a former manager, that’s unacceptable—especially considering that customers may have allergies. I do want to give credit where it’s due: the cooks are doing a great job, and the food itself is good. However, I asked multiple times for simple items like lime or plain rice, and my requests were declined each time, and not in a polite way. I was respectful and asked kindly, so the response was disappointing. As a manager, customer service should always come first. Please invest in better staff training and stronger leadership from management. And again, credit to the cooks—they’re doing a good job. Sadly, I won’t be returning.
