June 28th at 10:15pm. There’s an older lady who works at this McDonald’s that consistently doesn’t fill up the new drinks. This is the third time now. Didn’t know a couple more ounces of sprite was breaking the bank for McDonald’s. She just blames it on the machine and won’t fix it if you ask her. The Whitman McDonald’s is much better for a slightly longer ride but worth it.

a couple months back i put an order at the drive through and when i was finished ordering they told me to drive up and i did. and when i got to the window they asked me what i ordered and i said the $6 meal and they just said ok and took my card (didnt give me a total but claimed they did). shortly after i realized i was charged over $50 on my card and i asked "what did u just charge me for?" and they said told me a bunch of stuff that was not my order. they charged me for the guy behind me. and then they claimed that i cut him in line with my car and rushed ahead of him to the window. what sense does that make to say i went ahead of someone in line when u guys are the ones who told me to drive up when i finished ordering!!! and if this guy finished ordering before me apparently then why was he still at the drive throu speaker as i was driving up to the window to pay?? they blamed me for the whole situation and lied in my face telling me i cut the guy in line and that they repeated the order / told me the total before i paid and none of that was true. and they allowed this customer in the car behind me to disrespect me and make fun of me and buy into their story about how i cut them in line. i told them to go ahead and get the camera footage then and they got quiet. and then they wouldn't give me a refund at 1st and had to "call the manager" to see if they could get permission to correct the mistake. i was there for an extra 15 minutes with no apology and no accommodation. just blamed for the entire situation. i live a minute away and come all the time but i stopped coming for a while cause that was just completely rude disrespectful and unprofessional. it was a short light skin hispanic worker with glasses that handled the situation completely wrong and was extra rude to me and allowed the customer behind me to taunt and disrespect me. i decided to come back recently to give them another chance and this same worker with the glasses that im referring to completely dropped the ball again. there was a boy worker at the window and i politely asked him for extra sauce because in ordered a 20 piece nugget and was only allowed to have 3 sauces. the boy was going to go get the sauce and this same girl with the glasses stopped him and started talking to him. i could not hear what they were saying but they were laughing talking and joking around with eachother for about 2 minutes right in front of me. the boy comes to the window and states that he is not allowed to give me the extra sauce. i asked politely again and explained that i was waiting and that he was already going to go get it and that 3 sauces doesnt seem fair for 20 nuggets. and he goes and laughs and talks with this girl for another full minute and comes back and still tells me no. they did not offer a solution or suggest that i could pay for the extra sauce. and whoever this girl with the glasses is would not come up to the window and talk to me she just wanted to laugh and joke in front of my face in the back and wouldnt allow this kid to get me some dang sauce. u would think with all the times they forget peoples sauce and dont put it in the bag according to all these other reviews that they maybe could afford to throw and extra sauce or 2 for a 20 piece nugget. i guess it must be coming out of her paycheck. or maybe she is just petty and rude and hates her job which is what i think. extremely rude and unfair to me in both situations. i have given this location a lot of business and even gave them another chance despite the 1st situation and i promise u right now i will never come back here again. this location is the worst service ive ever gotten at any food place ever and it is no coincidence that so many people feel the same way and are writing similar reviews about the rude staff. they are awful. i was never even gonna write a review about the 1st situation i was gonna let it go. now im done and i dont care anymore.

Ordered a Coke zero it just tastes like sweet syrup asked for a new one and it taste the same. Couldn’t even have my drink went to go inside at 10:30 says it closes at 11 and the girl told me no you cannot come in or closed. Terrible experience not a way to treat a customer if you want to close at 10:30 put that on the door, not 11 and And so you know, your employee just says no we’re close leave bad for business not a way to treat a paying customer
