As soon as I walked in I was met with the most crass, rude, and belligerent woman Ive ever met. The bartender(Beth) has the nastiest attitude. I even got attitude from her for using Apple Pay. How does that make sense? All that attitude for food that was mid as well. Do better Beth. And to the lady that snatched the food back from me(name mightve been Olivia everything happened quickly)as she handed it to me, you are part of the problem too. Im not using the words I want to use because this would be removed otherwise.

Our goto place for a reasonable lobster meal. 25 years and still doesn't disappoint. Sorry they closed the Norton location but dont mind the drive here.

Me and my grandpa were visiting Massachusetts, and we visited this place on the whim really! He got the Pepperoni pizza and I got the Smokehouse burger, it was the best pizza and burger we had ever had! The World Cup was also going on and it was popping, but it was never too much to where we were screaming "WHAT!" at each other! Ice cold beer too, what an amazing stop! We'll be thinking about this place for awhile!

Ordered a cheese pizza, good but not better than Pizza place, papa gas or piezonies. Service was good but i had to ask about my order though plenty of staff seen me standing there for awhile. There is a full bar on oneside and a medium dining area on the other, nothing fancy.

I recently visited this restaurant with my granddaughter and was disappointed and embarrassed by the experience. Barbara was very rude and showed little empathy during our visit. We were told about the $3.99 pizza dine-in special at the beginning of our visit, but after we were already seated, we were informed that we had to purchase a soda or water to qualify for the advertised price. This requirement was not clearly explained upfront, and I felt embarrassed by the way it was communicated.
My granddaughter ate one slice of pizza, and after she finished eating, I asked for a pizza box to take the remaining slices home. Barbara instructed the waitress to tell me that this was not possible because it was the dine-in special. I found this very odd, frustrating, and disappointing.
When I later called to express my concerns, Amy was also rude and showed no empathy. She confirmed that a drink purchase was required and that no box/take out container could be provided for dine-in specials.
The issue wasn’t the extra cost or the policy itself. It was the lack of clear communication and the way the situation was handled. Unfortunately, the interaction left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed. I will never come back. I hope management considers being more transparent with customers and providing more courteous customer service in the future.
