  I purposely stopped in to get a gallon of sweet tea. Not a very good selection, only choice was 1 which was Gold Peak. You need to have more options.

  Found most of everything I needed that was ok late night Sunday Shopping what bothered me was the cashier DID NOT HAVE A PROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR had A STANK ATTITUDE while using profanity in front of me . NOT That I Shop at this location or at Store often thought I would try to see if company had improved. Was not impressed

  I have been going to the Braintree stop and shop for almost 3 years now and I’ve recently had the pleasure of meeting Eric he is so kind and a joy to talk to it honestly makes my day!!

  Have been shopping here for 4 years; was treated very rudely today by Nancy at the service desk. When I walked up to the service desk a kind employee said they would get someone to help me, they had to knock on some door multiple times and then Nancy came out. She complained as I had a 8 item return, then insisted on telling me it was going to take at least 15 minutes. I told her it wasn’t a problem and she finished the return in about 3-4 minutes. Then later I needed baby formula, when I asked an employee they said I needed to get a key from Nancy, and I kindly asked if they could talk to her for me as she was just rude to me. They walked over with me; and she was barely awake the employee had to call her name 4-5 times, then the employee walked me over to the formula and it was left unlocked, the employee brought it up to Nancy but she did not react. Nancy then proceeded to yell at me that I cannot purchase formula at self checkout which was 100% understandable, I told her I would grab my things at self checkout and go to a register, and the other employee was going to walk over the formula. She proceeded to yell that I cannot head to self checkout and that I must stay where she was; and even after the other employee said they understand what I’m saying she insisted I was breaking store policy. A few other employees signaled to my that she was crazy. I refrained from specifying gender of other employees as I don’t want to put them on the spot. After all this a kind lady helped me checkout. This is my local stop and shop but I will try my best to never have to speak or seek help from Nancy, I was honestly more disappointed no one stood up for a customer besides the 1 person that was helping me at self checkout. I hope this isn’t a common occurrence for how Nancy treats customers
