- CCCianaJun 26, 20261.0Worst customer service, older lady at register had and AirPod in which wouldn’t be normal huge problem but I had to repeat myself over 5 times she did not greet me to begin with and wasn’t very kind. I understand having bad days but this was something else, for the other older ladies behind the counter making the drinks/food they begin to laugh in my face and make a comment about what I tried to order. I found it very disrespectful ontop of the already bad service.

Halfway through drinking the matcha, I discovered a hair in it, which made me feel sick, especially since I had already finished my bacon and cream cheese bagel. The staff didn’t seem to understand the order correctly, making the overall experience even more frustrating. I have serious concerns about the hygiene standards here appropriate health authorities should further investigate . I would not recommend this place until they address their food safety practices.

After about 10 minutes of watching them give this lady coffee instead of tea, I finally got my croissant stuffer. I noticed it was in a box which it never is. And then I open the box when I'm in the car and already gone.... They ruined it, I can't eat that. That's disgusting.

I hate when I go to a FAST food place and there is like no one there and yet they STILL take forever on something soooooooo tiny. This girl knows what is goin ON ! Every time I order, she is in the back putting everything together as I go. She once handed me my drink legit the SECOND after paying. She does NOT mess around !!!!! And the second a ticket prints out BAM on the shelf BAM food in the oven. She is quick, dedicated, and efficient! Never seen anything like it. It truly makes my morning when I walk in there and see her because I just KNOW my foods coming. Please pay her more she is running the whole place.
