- JCJames CSep 15, 20261.0Someone needs to put the male employee who asked me an inappropriate question in front of all your customers thinking he is being funny. Why would you ask someone "Would you like a "bigger banana?" when all the bananas are on the counter and I can see all the bananas for myself and selected the smaller one because that is what I intended to grab. There was a man next to me with his two young daughters who may have overheard everything. Needless to say it's inappropriate and can create a hostile environment really fast. It's also a form of sexual harassment. He wasn't even attending me at the counter but came all the way across to ask me such a stupid question. After asking for a manager which I never received and explained what happened the girl who took my order joined in and tried to make it seem as if this was a conversation about my you know what and told me he wasn't talking about my penis. This is crazy work by your employees. Need to re-evaluate who you hire to serve your customers. I'm a married man. I'm 46 years old and should not have to tolerate such behavior from an employee at Dunkin Donuts. ..

Absolutely asinine. Any other Dunks I go to, they fill the cup at least 75-80% of the way up, so it’s so odd to me that they do that here. Then they look at you with a straight face as they hand this half empty medium-sized cup to you. You can’t be serious! LOL Who is the manager here? I will definitely be filling out the DD survey.

She made eye contact with me at least two or three times, yet never acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. Instead, she continued with other tasks as if I wasn’t there. I don’t want to exaggerate, but I stood there for at least three minutes, looking directly toward the counter, waiting to place my order, and received absolutely no response. I honestly couldn’t believe it. Just left …
