Just wanna say thank you for everything that happened tonight at Dave & Buster’s especially the Manager Joanna, she was absolutely amazing from me coming in the door because I’m on crutches. I didn’t even notice that she noticed me from the window to help me with the doors and getting seated and kept coming back a few times throughout the evening checking if I was OK if I needed any help or anything like that, I just thought it was a little above and beyond. I really appreciated her for that and the staff was amazing. The bar was great. The kids are happy. It’s just one of those nights that are just a nice memory so thank you again.

This place is honestly the best arcade ever. I’ve been going here for almost 6 YEARS every Wednesday, and I’m not going to stop(until I’m almost broke of course). The food is awesome, the servers are really nice, and they have some pretty good games. The reason that I gave service 3 stars, is that I never see anyone at the ticket booth! So, whenever I want to get a prize I can’t. A few things I will say, is that a lot of the games aren’t actually “broken” but don’t function well. Also, some of the prizes at the ticket counter are WAYY more expensive than they need to be. Other than that this place is great!

They didn't have a lot of games for adults but that wasn't the issue. The 2 mice that were there was the problem. When I mentioned it to the manager she said they are here all the time.why would you tell me that?

Decent service/food/drinks but when I went this past Saturday with a group of friends half the games were broken. So many of the ones we wanted to play would scan the game card, take the credits, and then not work OR some of the player stations would work and then others wouldn't. This left a bunch of people in our group having to just stand around watching others play. If it was a free to play arcade I wouldn't be whining this but when it's a pay to play system and I'm dropping $80 on credits to play, yeah I'm gonna be annoyed when 2/3 of our credits were wasted on nothing. At least put an out of order sign on the broken games, is that really so hard?
