  I lost my precious ring while playing a game today and the manager Chris and game tag helped me find it they were looking for so long and they made sure to find it for me. They were so sweet they did not have to find it, but yet they did. I would recommend this location to anyone. Best staff, great food, unbeatable prices. Definitely the experience. :)

  Today I took my daughter to Dave & Buster’s in Braintree for her 5th birthday, and we had the most unbelievable experience from start to finish! We were immediately greeted by Chad, who I assume is the GM. He was incredibly sweet and kind he even got down to my daughter’s eye level to wish her a happy birthday, which made her feel so special right away. Once we got to our table, Chad surprised her with an unlimited games card, which was absolutely thrilling for both of us! As if that wasn’t enough, he also comped our lunch and brought her out dessert with a candle while everyone sang Happy Birthday. It was such a memorable and special experience. We had an absolute blast playing games together, and it was so nice not having to worry about running out of credits we could just enjoy every moment. Thank you so much to Chad and the entire Dave & Buster’s Braintree team for making my daughter’s birthday so incredibly special. We will never forget it!

  I have never been disappointed with a meal at this location! Today, I got phenomenal service from Tina, who was very friendly, welcoming and fun to chat with. I know who to look for next time I visit ☺️

  I ordered two drinks; one was fine, but the other was far too strong and had a horrible taste. I asked for a replacement, which was handled well initially, but when they brought the new drink, it was even worse than the first. It seemed like it was done on purpose because they simply added sparkling water to the original drink to dilute it. The service here is terrible. The waitstaff completely ignore you, and it feels intentional. Some of them treat you as if you are being difficult or "crazy." Furthermore, they become visibly angry if you do not leave a tip. They even use a tactic to pressure you during payment: they stand over you with the handheld machine and explicitly tell you to "choose the tip" while watching you. I didn't even receive my receipt because the waitress was so angry by the end of the transaction.

  I will say the service is excellent, but I don't know what people are talking about when it comes to the food. Clearly, these folks don't use a lot of seasoning. This is a fun place to come play video games, but I would definitely recommend folks who have more than three seasonings in the cabinet to maybe eat before coming, unless you stick with the wings and pizza.
