  The food is pretty terrible and overpriced for as terrible as it is - it gave freezer section tossed onto a plate vibes. The waitress was absolutely awesome - she spilled a drink on my 9 year old and I still give her 5 stars! The arcade section was great. Very clean and 95% of the games worked. The bathroom was clean. We'd go again for games, but we won't eat there again. *The unlimited card isn't worth it for our family, even if the food had been good. 2 two hour cards would be plenty.

  Dave and Busters is a fun family friendly place perfect for parties or a day out. It's not massive so I felt comfortable letting my 12 year old son roam freely, with moderate supervision. I like the crazy atmosphere, though it might be too overstimulating for some people. I absolutely loved the prize room. There were so many fun prizes to choose from and the ticket to prize ratio was really good. My kids had a blast.

  Well that was disappointing but not entirely unexpected. I ordered their burger and fries for delivery on 6/16/26 and the food was packaged poorly. The meal was cold and soggy. Burger meat looked questionable and it was falling apart. Meal presentation was horrible. This went straight in the trash. Complete waste of money but the meal really did not look edible at all.

  Simply put: because of people like manager, Chris and server, Kaitlyn, my family keeps coming back here, year after year. I’ve had a party at the Woburn location, and I visited the Natick location. Sorry, but neither of them compare to the Braintree location here! Upon entry, you are made to feel welcome. Chris took a lot of time breaking down the various choices of packages that I could buy for my family and he helped me to understand them much better than, if I had tried to figure it out myself. The food choices were delicious and hot, Kaitlyn was so accommodating and move the menu well. As a result of the help of both of them, we chose the new “all you can play”for the day package for $59.99, which I think is pretty reasonable for what’s included. We had my daughter’s Sweet 16 birthday party here 12 years ago and it was a smashing success thanks to the staff here. We had a birthday celebration for my late sister here with my family and Kaitlyn was our server. She was so warm and understanding then as she is now. In fact, she recognized us as soon as we came here today to celebrate The birthdays of my daughter and little niece. Kaitlyn even remembered our favorite booth, and sat us there, much to the happiness of my brother, who is a special needs adult! Katlyn remembered us all! Thank you, Dave & Buster’s, and a special shout out to Chris, who was an excellent and patient manager and Kaitlyn, who is our favorite server. We’ll see you again for the next celebration. Keep up the good work and God bless you all!❤️

  Chris is an incredible manager who makes sure everyone and everything you get is up to par. He came by to ask how everything was, broke down the eat and play menu and made sure we all knew what to expect with the different cards. Katlyn our server was incredibly helpful and sweet. She was super attentive and asked us plenty of questions to make sure our orders were correct. 10/10 service. Thank you both.
