  I had picked up my to go order, this is the FIRST time I’ve received an incomplete order. Customer service will not pick up any of my calls. I will be happy to change my review but until then, I'm extremely dissatisfied. I ordered a Large chicken teriyaki, and once I got home and opened the box, there was nothing except for a half filled chicken & cheese sandwich. Below I’ve attached what I’m used to getting and what I got today. Extremely upsetting. Staff was polite but the service had no acknowledgement for my order.

  I honestly don’t understand why some reviews are so negative. If I decide to order fast food, I’m going to judge it as fast food—and Charleys Cheesesteaks in Braintree definitely meets expectations in a good way. The cheesesteaks are genuinely tasty and really good for the price. There’s plenty of cheese, and the portion sizes are great, especially since you can choose from three different sizes. The boneless wings were okay as well, maybe a bit too crispy, but still enjoyable. Another big plus is the location inside the mall, where you can always find a bright, clean, and pleasant place to sit. Overall, a solid spot for a quick, satisfying meal.

  Manager is incredibly rude and denies mall discount to mall employees because she is cheap and doesn't care about policy. They also make my sandwich wrong half the time. Taking my business elsewhere.

  This place is very overrated and overpriced. Ordered a small Philly steak combo and it just wasn’t appealing. The fries are weird tasting the meat to bread ratio favors the bread and they use steak ums. The guy making my sandwich was pretty rude and behaved as if he didn’t want to be there. The lemonade was alright could use more water and real lemons though. All in all I definitely wouldn’t be eating it again.
