  I meet some of thee most incredible people today at the Cava, Marie had so much courtesy for us today it was incredible and Jaden he asked us how was our food. And it was out of this world Caylee was incrediblely nice help us pick the food if I had to rate this restaurant it would be 💯 for sure. They made us feel so comfortable Cava you have a incredible crew I ❤️ them all. I will only come back to your location 125 Union st. In Braintree it was clean that food was outstanding the best restaurant I've ever been to I swear. Amarion I want to thank you to for being courteous I beat they thought I would forget to do my review I would never with all the hospitality today I ❤️ you all great service until the next time.   This cava has left me with a great impression on its food quality, the customer, and its atmosphere. When I first walked in a couple days ago, I was promptly greeted by the bouncer who checked if I was sanctioned. In the line, it was very speedy and swift. During the ordering process, it was a fast paced environment with an exceptionally good customer service, especially from Jayden. While he was not the one to provide me the food on the ordering line, I could see that he was working diligently and effective collaborating with his peers effectively. After ordering, Jayden approaches me and checked up on me. However, the atmosphere of the restaurant was somewhat dead, but the food was pretty good. Not Nobu level, but pretty damn good for $17

  My first experience at Cava was not great. As soon as I walked in, the staff was not very friendly. When I asked for salmon, one employee went to the grill to get it. Then another employee came over to finish my plate which is cam , and I asked if I could have another salmon. He went to the back by the grill to ask, and the other employee yelled at him like he was her child. It was very unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. Staff should be treated with respect, and I hope management can address this and encourage a more positive and professional environment.

  I went with my nanny kids for community day when it opened last week. The staff were very welcoming and friendly especially the manager. The seating area was clean and found a space to sit with the kids. The food was amazing and the kids loved everything (which i was incredibly grateful for as these kids are picky) also, the staff behind the counter were very friendly and took the effort/patience to talk and ask the kids what they wanted which was also greatly appreciated. Definitely plan to return with the kids again over summer vacation.

  I didn’t even realize it was opening day, I had an excellent experience! I came in maybe 20 minutes before close just to see if they had anything left for a quick grab and go so they could close up, but employees were super enthusiastic and encouraged me to order a full meal. This is so rare for counter service places recently. I usually feel rushed even at a normal time (cough cough Dunkin’ Donuts, chipotle) but they were so welcoming here. In particular, Marie was very sweet and had great recommendations. I will definitely be a regular after this experience!
