  Me and my son first time at the Braintree location at Cava today. Lisa was very kind when making our bowls. Jahdari was very kind and patient with us at the register. My son loved his bowl. I didn’t care too much for mine but sour cream pita chips were really good

  Great experience at CAVA in Braintree! The food was fresh, delicious, and the service was excellent. A special shoutout to Marie—she was so friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect. Her outstanding customer service made my visit even better. I’ll definitely be back!

  workers are very hostile if you make an honest mistake on an order and they have to throw out the food, it's not like it's coming out of your pocket? the workers here seem to hate their jobs and hate when customers come in to order, as if they're being forced to work here. whoever the service lead or manager is, bad attitude and makes you feel unwelcome. completely ruined the experience for me. will not be visiting any cava locations cause of how poor the service was here. so unnecessarily rude.

  We had high hopes for this location because we live so close by and knew the flavors to be quite good...but the portions of my bowl was so terrible for the price that I really struggle to want to return any time soon. When ordering in person and customizing my salad, I was disregarded multiple times and didn't end up with half of what I asked for...the feta was barely a pinch, my DOUBLE order of pita crisps was barely a pinch, my Tzatziki wasn't even half a spoonful, the salmon was small and did not seem very fresh, even the lettuce (the filler of a bowl) was at least 1/3 short of where it should be. I understand that things will never be overflowing from the bowl like in the ads, but to pay over $20 for a bowl barely 2/3rds full, on top of difficult service, put a damper on my whole experience. The flavors were nice, too bad I didn't get to experience more of it.

  1 star review for the portion size only ( the food itself was delicious) I have been to several other CAVA locations and have always had a good experience but this new location was disappointing. I paid around $15 for a bowl that arrived barely half full. Compared to other CAVA restaurants as well as places like Chipotle and Halal Guys the portion size wasnt even close. The quality and flavor were great but the serving size left a lot to be desired. It felt more like a “CAVA diet bowl” than a regular meal. Consistency matters and if customers are paying the same price across locations they should receive comparable portions. (ps: if you r going to charge extra for the steak thats fine but make it clear on the menu. Dont hide it on a small sticker on the glass mixed in with six other notices that nobody is going to read.)
