  Sorry but this new location is a mess... Not only did it take them 30+ minutes to prepare two bowls, but the portions were so small it was laughable. Not paying $20 for 5 bites of food, chewy meat too. Don't like that it's so close to the Braintree dump anyway. 🤢

  Today was going to be one of those days where you’re just not in the best mood. I woke up late for work, hit a bunch of traffic, didn’t pack lunch, nothing was working out for me. But then, I realized that there is a cava less than 10 minutes from my work. During my lunch break I drove to cava, and that’s where my day went from a 1/10 to a 10/10. The service was amazing, the location was super convenient and very well maintained, and my greens and grains bowl was DELICIOUS. I will absolutely be frequenting this cava from now on!

  Food was great. This location is very clean and modern. Manager on shift was rude to staff in front of us when correcting her. And, the staff member prepared a kids meal with 2 scoops of meat. The manager came over and dumped the meat back into the bowl and served 1 scoop. Very odd to do in front of customers when it was already prepared.

  CAVA was such a great experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Everything tasted really good, and I loved how you can customize your meal exactly how you want it. The portions were generous, and the combination of the different ingredients worked so well together. The service was also friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re looking for something fresh, filling, and delicious! 🥗

  I usually LOVE CAVA and normally order from the Dedham location, so I was really disappointed with my experience at the Braintree location today. This was actually my first time ordering from this location. I ordered my usual bowl with steak, but the rice was extremely hard and tasted off, almost like it had been scraped from the bottom of the pot. I honestly couldn’t eat it, so I asked if they could remake the bowl. Unfortunately, the second bowl was even worse. The rice was still hard and unpleasant, and somehow they completely forgot to put the STEAK in my bowl, even though that’s what I specifically ordered. What made the experience even more frustrating was the service. I didn’t feel like the employees were really trying to help or make the situation right. I completely understand that mistakes happen, but when the replacement is even worse than the original, it’s very disappointing. I love CAVA and have had great experiences at the Dedham location, but based on this visit, the Braintree location really needs to improve both the food quality and customer service. I left extremely disappointed and definitely did not get the quality I’m used to from CAVA.
