On top of that, they were hilarious in their engagement with us. Their energy was contagious! I don’t think I’ve had so much fun getting ice cream! The topping of the ice cream was that they did a song and dance for us! They are the epitome of top tier customer service and they need some kind of recognition Ben & Jerry’s! If you ever go to this Ben & Jerry’s location and run into them, ask them how do you get the complimentary song and dance! 💃🏾

Instead, we were met with no greeting and obvious dagger stares from the two employees, who clearly seemed annoyed that we came in at all. They had already cleaned up for the night and reluctantly removed the covers from the ice cream cases, rushing us through our order with an unwelcoming attitude. The entire interaction felt cold and rude, which is disappointing for a brand known for being fun and friendly. If customers aren’t welcome near closing time, it would be better to lock the doors early. Very disappointing experience. We won’t be back.
